Looking for any information about the haarp device. Called High frequency
Active Aurora Research Project. Located in Alaska (I think somewhere
between Kodiak and Fairbanks) this is the Largest transmitter of its kind
ever made. Based on Nikola Tesla's work, this device is evidently going to
charge the ionoshere with electromagnetic energy or something orother.
Initial information from the Art Bell radio show Dreamland. Linda Howe
presented information Nov.20 94 indicating U.S.A.F. and Navy Operation with
objectives including the use of this device to locate the many underground
U.S.-ALIEN and ALIEN bases. Howe also indicated and corrobarated with an
individual (Sorry I cant remember his name) about this devices ability to
be focused and used as a SDI Charged Particle Weapon. Activation in early
dec"94. These sources indicated FAA notification 2-3 mos. ago.

I typed in some of the article from Nexus:

I dont have time to scan in this article from Nexus magazine, OCT/NOV 94
(1-815-253-6464), entitled, IONOSPHERIC INTERFERENCE. "these secret
military tests are using 'Tesla' technology in and upon the Earth's
ionosphere. Is it to become a battleground, or will it be used as a
weapon?" by Nick Begich Jr. 907-694-1277.

Lemme see what I can quote here, quickly to help in our understanding of
the significance of this project. It is a joint project of US Navy, Air
Force, and University of Alaska. It was described to the public as an
auroral research project (that is a cover). "The facility... will be used
to alter the ionosphere in a manner which will lead to the implementation
of technology which could be used to change weather patterns, change the
chemical composition of the ionosphere, or block all global
communications."

An ARCO power company, ARCO Power Technologies Inc (APTI) has the
construction bid, and the work will be based on patent # 4686605. This
patent claims it has some of the following uses: cause total disruption of
communications over a very large portion of Earth, including land based,
airborne, sea - surface and subsurface, missile or aircraft destruction,
deflection or confusion, weather modification ... by altering solar
absorption .... ozone, nitrogen, etc. concentrations could be artifically
increased.

The patent author is Bernard J. Eastlund, Spring Texas. Patent date
8/11/87. The patent references two articles in the New York Times on Tesla.

Check this quote, Walter:

"In the May-June 1994 issue of Microwave News, Eastlund describes a 'full,
global shield' of accelerated electrons created with RF transmitters. The
HAARP project 'obviously looks a lot like a first step toward this.'
Eastlund said."
