The Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC).

For those who are unaware of what this Corp. is please note:

Control of Internet "domain name registration" has passed into
private hands -- with the potential for serious mischief or worse.
"Domain names" are the odd-looking identifying names that are
assigned to individual computer systems that compose the Internet
(logoplex.com, for example).

Through a complex chain of licensing arrangements and corporate
acquisitions, this crucial control over Internet domain names has
passed from the non-profit National Science Foundation to Network
Solutions, Inc. (NSI) of Herndon, VA. Last May, amid growing
public disbelief of establishment media reports about the Oklahoma
City bombing provocation, NSI was purchased by Scientific
Applications International Corporation (SAIC) of San Diego.

                          "SAIC 25 YEARS OF PROGRESS"

Founded by a small group of San Diego scientists in 1969, Science
Applications International Corporation (SAIC) now ranks as the
   ation's largest employee-owned high-tech company. With annual
revenues of $1.6 billion, SAIC has almost 4,000 employees in San
Diego, and about 16,000 employees at more than 250 locations
   worldwide. <-- See Below

SAIC offers broad expertise in technology development and analysis,
computer system development and integration, technical support
services, and computer hardware and software products. SAIC scientists
and engineers work to solve complex technical problems in business
areas that include environment, energy, health, transportation and
   space.

Since the beginning, SAIC has been committed to making significant
contributions to nationally important programs. Over the past two
decades, SAIC technical staff have contributed to clean-up efforts at
Three Mile Island and Prince William Sound, to the success of
Operation Desert Storm, and to space missions ranging from Voyager to
the shuttle flights. The company is helping develop new technology to
clean up hazardous waste at Superfund sites, while other scientists
are studying global climate and oceanographic changes. In another
critical area, SAIC is increasing the quality of patient care while
lowering costs by developing an automated patient record system for
   Department of Defense medical facilities.

Today, SAIC generates about 90 percent of its business through
federal government contracts, half of which are in the national
security area. The company has been transitioning its extensive
experience in advanced defense systems and software engineering to
benefit civilian programs. For example, SAIC networking capability
helps dozens of government agencies share information to fight drug
smuggling, and integrates technology that has put a pollution-free bus
   on the road.

Bob Beyster, SAIC's founder and chief executive officer, credits the
success of the company to its employee ownership.

"The hallmark of SAIC through the years has been the principe that
those who contribute to the company should own it, with that ownership
proportional to their contribution and performance as much as
possible," Beyster says, "SAIC was designed for professional people
who want to do superior scientific and technical work, who want to
have a stake and a voice in the company's development and direction,
and who expect fair rewards for doing excellent work."

Corporate Strategies

Since its beginning, SAIC has had a strong commitment to making
significantcontributions to programs of national importance. Over the
past two decades, SAIC's staff have made important technical
contributions to cleanup efforts at Three Mile Island and Prince
William Sound, to the success of Operation Desert Storm, and to space
missions ranging from Voyager to the Hubble Space Telescope. As part
of the company's growing environmental business, it currently is
helping assess new technology to clean up hazardous waste at Superfund
sites. At the forefront of global change research, SAIC scientists
help study and analyze global climate changes and oceanographic
changes. In another growing business area -- health care -- SAIC
focuses on increasing the quality of health care and the productivity
of health care providers through automated patient care systems.

Today, SAIC generates about 90 percent of its business through federal
government contracts. In the last few years, the company has been
transitioning its extensive experience in advanced systems and
software engineering to benefit civilian programs and the commercial
sector. For example, SAIC networking technology helps dozens of
government agencies share information to combat drug smuggling. SAIC
is refining technology that has put a pollution-free fuel cell bus on
   the road.

   J. Robert Beyster, SAIC's founder and chief executive officer, credits
the success of the company to its employee ownership. The hallmark of
SAIC through the years has been the principle that "those who
contribute to the company should own it, and that ownership should be
proportional to that contribution and performance as much as
feasible." From the start, SAIC was designed for professional people
who want to perform superior scientific and technical work, who want
to have a stake and a voice in the company's development and
direction, and who expect fair rewards for doing excellent work.
SAIC's successful track record demonstrates that employee ownership
creates the incentives and the environment for excellence and growth.

SAIC TO INVEST IN EUROPEAN TELECOMMUNICATIONS SOFTWARE COMPANIES

(SAN DIEGO, CA) November 9, 1995 -- Science Applications International
Corporation (SAIC) has agreed to purchase, along with existing
management and employees, a majority interest in two European
   telecommunications software companies.

One company is Tecsi, a Paris-based supplier of telecommunications
systems, software and systems integration. Founded in 1971, Tecsi has
annual revenues of $37 million and 250 employees. In addition to SAIC
and the management group, France Telecom -- the government-owned
public telephone company -- owns 30% of Tecsi.

The other is Danet, which also supplies telecommunications systems,
software and systems integration. Located in Darmstadt, Germany, Danet
has $40 million in annual revenues and 300 employees. The company was
founded in 1976. The major German communications company Deutsche
   Telkom owns 30% of Danet.

   SAIC is acquiring its interests in the two firms from GSI of Paris;
terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The agreement is expected
   to close by year-end.

"SAIC is teaming with the seasoned management teams of Tecsi and Danet
to build upon their excellent technical capabilities in the dynamic
and fast-growing European telecommunication markets," said J. Robert
Beyster, SAIC chairman and chief executive officer. "We are especially
pleased to be a partner of France Telecom and Deutsche Telkom, the two
largest telecommunications companies on the continent."

Tecsi and Danet founder and management group chairman Jacques Bentz is
enthused about the relationship with SAIC.

"SAIC's technical depth and financial strength will be a key factor in
our European marketing," Bentz said. "We also are modeling our
ownership system along the lines of SAIC's employee ownership model.
We know that the management, employees and customers of Tecsi and
Danet will benefit strongly from our associatio with SAIC."

SAIC provides high-technology services and products to government and
private industry in the areas of information systems, national
security, health care, energy, environment, and transportation. With
annual revenues of $2 billion, the employee-owned company has 20,000
employees in more than 350 locations worldwide.
