The US military is ahead of the rest of the world (technoligically
wise) by atleast 29 yrs. They view us as 'civillians' and take on the role of
being a top secret conpiracy of superior beings. They monitor our world
seeking those who are a frett and those who are wourthy enough to contribute
to their superior society and dealing with them. Who knows, somewhere in
existence is probably a method of teleportation by converting matter into
energy(already possible) and then back into matter(at a different
location). If this is yet conceivable, it could easily relate to cloaning and
I would not be surprised if the mush that the millitary shapeshifters consume
is achieved through their replicators.
