                Consider that the fate of the Russian mars satellite
        Phoebus was predicted exactly and the pictures that it sent back
        indicated directly {last picture taken} and indirectly {the
        picture of the long {approx 13 miles est length} cylindrical
        shadow just before Phoebus disappeared} that there was a very
        large craft out there and moving very fast.This was also
        reinforced by the picture that the Japanese Astronomer took of a
        shadow of a possible space ship passing accros the moons {ours}
        surface...again estimated 13 miles long.The picture the person
        took of the windmill on "sightings" showed a craft that was
        analysed to be several miles long and moving 14,000 + miles per
        hour and right at the edge of the earths atmosphere.The Hudson
        Valley sightings evidence a "huge" ship.Bill Coopers statement
        of the sighting from the ship of a "huge" craft entering and
        leaving the water.There is strong evidence that there exists
        some very large craft and I think the are here for a big reason.
                In view of all the above; and other; information, here's
        my theory.
                1)The UFO's are very real and have struck a "deal" with
        our own gov't to attempt to salvage the human race through the
        cross breeding to superior beings ie: abductions.This is not an
        attempt to save the "alien" race but will "improve" our own
        species as well as save it from the emminant dangers that have
        been predicted.This is reinforced by the prediction that we will
        have to change our "vibrational rate" or dimension existance
        because the earth will cease to exist in the present dimension
        as we know it, but there will be "higher" planes to move to.And
        guess who exists in these other "planes"...you got it...our
        friendly neighborhood Extraterrestrials.!
                2)Our gov't was warned to little avail about the trouble
        planet would be in if it continued its ways.The gov't tried an
        is still trying to change as evidenced by the Sudden extreme
        interests and legislations passed to protect the environment and
        to eliminate the nuclear threat of anhilation.The gov't is
        trying to educate the people as best it can to the existance of
        the ET's and other dimensional existances through movies like
        Star Wars, Star Trek, Quantum leap, Sightings, Unsolved
        mysteries etc.Just like Bill Cooper described.
                3)The Cattle Mutilations are not being done by "aliens"
         but instead by other forms of life that exist in other
         dimensions and "prey" on the cattle for their blood and
         intrals.This was theorized before and is evidenced that people
         have seen these beings of light appear , come down and attack
         an animal and leave only its lifeless, bloodless carcass and
         then disappear.This I feel is the "eye" that the soldiers at
         the military base in France{I think} seen moving through the
         trees and later seen approach a farm house and then
         disappear.Then they saw 3 larger objects in the sky that
         appeared to be "searching" for something.{possibly one of these
         light-beings that escaped into our dimension and the Saucers
         were looking for it}.
