Two members have asked for explanations of my comments regarding the
Appolo-Saturn 13 mission and the Hand-held Haselbrod SLR film taken by the
Lunar crews... I watched all of the Lunar shots. Even took some Poloroids of
the TV screen of some of the landings. We did not have VCR available to us
then. First the Apollo 13: It was launched on April 11, 1970. Two days after
take-off, the oxygen tank in the service module ruptured. The crew went on
around the moon and made return to earth safely using fuel and oxygen in the
lunar module.
----------------------------------------------------------
INIGMA... Many HAM operators monitored the radios of the crews direct with
their own equipment. The TV broadcasts to the nation had time delays set so
that they could censor the the transmissions. Some of these HAMs reported
that right after the crew announced the explosion to Mission Control that
they reported a UFO coming along side and looking over the space ship and
leaving. This report was HUSHED up as others have been... I was trying to
find out if anyone else had received the REPORT
-------------------------------------------------
Three missions did not BRING BACK film from the SLR cameras which they had
with them. These were very expensive Hasselbrod Single Lens Reflex cameras.. I
do not know what is being used for the pics now being sold.. As most know, the
film packs were to be removed and the cameras left on the moon in the module
to save weight...
Two missions reported that the FORGOT TO REMOVE THE PACKS. One mission
reported that they forgot to remove the lens cap so no exposures were made...
Did you ever try to take a picture with a SLR and through the lens viewer???
Impossible to forget the lens cap... Also Mission control had at least three
people per astronaut running check lists for each of them... Think they would
have let this slip... I did not think much of it until the lens cap excuse
was given. So you see even affairs seemingly covered by public TV can be
censored if desired...

If you wish some more on moon mystery.. Read "Somebody Else is on the Moon" by
George Leonard. Published by David McKay in 1976 ISBN: 0-671-81291-2 Some NASA
photos which do not show me much. I mainly want to know if anyone else could
confirm any of the above.. Hope this answers your quuestion... Above date
from my Grolier CD-ROM dictionary ;-) Jim
