    Everyone who reads this publication (Connecting Link
Issue 28) already understands that mankind is
undergoing a tremendous transition.  There are many
perspectives on what this transition means to
 each of
us, both collectively, as a species, and individually,
as we endeavor to reinstate our full,
 sovereign
identities.

     The following information was received during one
of the most powerful transitions in the ever-
 shifting
and evolving energetics that this planet has
experienced.  The exact dates were February 2nd
 through
February 24th, 1995.

     I was told that, because of the amplitude of the
frequencies coming through, full trance channeling
 must
be utilized.  This, of course, requires that a person
with prepared, aligned energetics be available. 
 I
quickly came to understand that this is not my role.

     My job is to be fully present and to ask the
appropriate questions.

     The new source, 6672, whom you will meet in the
following article, is one of the most exciting
breakthroughs to date.  For many years now we have
understood that our planet is a desirable
 property.  It
has great strategic value.   We already know that we are
not alone in this universe.  And
 there is a tremendous
surge within our consciousness to know more.

     Being informed of the options for our future
reality will be vital in the months and years ahead. 
For
 in knowledge there is power, and with power comes
responsibility.  You are asked to take
 responsibility
for your chosen role as leaders in the evolution of
mankind and to read the words with an
 open heart,
allowing them to resonate within you.

     I like to think of these transmissions as the
cosmic news report, and that's how they sound when
 they
come in.  The news media on our planet delivers
information in a sensational and, for the most
 part,
negative manner.  These news reports are delivered with
love and with the awareness that you
 are now ready to
begin , in earnest, the jobs you came to do.  To perform
your tasks effectively, you
 will need to be informed. 
Do not accept anything from any source as truth. 
Rather, process it, allow
 its wisdom to prepare you and
guide you, and let your actions be your truth.

     Most of you have successfully won the battle with
your emotional selves, your egos, and are now
 ready for
the next phase of your work.  The battle you must be
aware of is no longer with yourselves
 but with the
energies that battle for control of this planet.  You
are not to be in fear of this statement
 but rather to
open yourselves to the task for which you enrolled.  You
enlisted to anchor the higher
 frequencies of the light
beings into this planet.  So it only stands to reason
that, if they are not
 anchored here now, then something
else is!

     The emissaries are here now.  They are being
brought in for a very short period of time.  Utilize
this
 time to acquire that which you wish to receive.


Q:  What are you emissaries of?

A:  We are the Inner Planetary Tri-Lateral Commission. 
We reside over the Inner Planes of the planet
 Earth,
the planet Mars, the planet Uranus, and the planet
Saturn.  We are in conflict with those of the
 outer
world on your planet and those of galaxies that are not
yet known to exist.  We are not the ones
 that are
trying to cause the dissension, fear, and confusion.  It
is the enemies' desire to create
 disharmony, confusion,
and fear.  For, in creating this, the existence of other
beings and the true nature
 of your multidimensional
reality will not be taken seriously.  It will be taken
lightly, even as a joke, for
 as long as the focus is
kept on chaos and day-to=day survival.  It is our duty
to show the enemies as
 operating in their own interest
at the cost of all else.

     What is taking place on the planet at present is a
battle for control,  a battle for energetic
 supremacy. 
It is in their best interest to promote and create the
disruptive energies that you have been
 experiencing as
your reality.  We have been trying to balance these
energies by changing the energetic
 patterns of the
planets through the shifting of the electromagnetic
fields, which, in turn, have been
 shifting the planets'
power vortexes to different degrees, locations, and
intensities.  The mass
 consciousness has been aware of
this on subtler levels.

     Look around you to the number of people who have
been drawn to these vortexes.  People who are
 drawn to
these vortexes have been going through massive changes,
all of which are not positive
 because some of the
energetics of the vortexes are in opposition to the
balance of this planet.  So
 there are massive, negative
energy vortexes and newly-established or revitalized,
reinstated, balanced
 vortexes.

Q:  What species or star system are you from?

A:  We are the Inner Planetary Commission.  We are the
originators of the Humanoid species of this
 planet and
other planets.  On the other planets there are Humanoid
forms also, but they are in the inner
 world or what you
call inner dimensions.  The exterior, outer worlds have
not had the time to re-enter
 their transitional
evolutionary states.  They cannot yet support life as
your world does.  This is our
 mission.  This is our
job.  This is what we are doing.  We are working on
reinstating the core
 frequencies of each of the planets
within our jurisdiction, enabling them to support the
evolution of
 Humanoids.


Q:  Are you what some call Sirians, or Pleiadians?

A:  We are called Venutions by the Humanoid, but this is
not our true origin.  Our true origin, in terms
 that
you would understand, was based on Venus, Mars, and
Neptune.  Our mission is to overcome the
 destroyers.


Q:  Who are the destroyers?  We have been told that they
are the reptilian races.

A:  They are only referred to as the Reptilians because
of the chemical make-up of their blood system. 
 Their
bodily fluids are of a cold nature.  That is why they
must maintain as a surface nation.  That is
 why they
fight to maintain control of the outer world your Earth
occupies and why they claim alliance
 with the energies
of the Lower Upper world, and not the Inner World.


Q:  Are they the same as the Grays, who have been said
to be responsible for abductions and cattle
mutilations?

A:  This is not our truth.  Those that have been called
Grays are the workers.  They are checking for
 disease
and environmental changes which have been taking place
on the surfaces of your world.  They
 take the reports
back to the Commission, and the Commission can then
stimulate the necessary events
 to counterbalance these
actions.  You have been very misinformed about many
events.

     These workers bring back vital information which
helps to combat the violation of your life-
 sustaining
elements, your air and water.  There has been much use
of viruses to control the masses. 
 Do not be alarmed;
be informed.  You are very susceptible because you must
rely on the intake of
 oxygen and nutrients to sustain
life.  It has been very easy to pollute your source of
nourishment.  Do
 not be alarmed.  To be informed is to
be powerful.
 


Q:  Who is creating these viruses?  Is it man, and is
he being assisted by aliens?

A:  You must understand that it is man who is truly
alien to this world.  You are an introduced species. 
Your job, your mission is to convert the energetics into
a harmonious support system that allows more
 of
yourselves than you can presently imagine to exist in
this environment.  Man is the alien.  There are
 some
within government agencies on the planet who are being
assisted by those of the other side. 
 They are being
controlled by fear and destruction.  This must not
continue.  The Humanoids have been
 deceived.


Q:  Why do you use the term Humanoid instead of Human
Being?

A:  A Human Being is that of light.  A "Human Being" is
that which is created of the Pure Essence. 
 This is
known as Love, the Pure Essence of Light.  The Human
Beings exist within the inner worlds, yet
 can express
in the outer world.  Human Beings resonate with the
forests and with nature.  Human
 Beings are the highest
order of designated species on your planet.

     "The Humans" are those who are sparked with the
seed of light.  They can be thought of as the
 second
highest order of designated species on your planet.  It
will be seen and noted that many who
 are in the form
and shape of Humans are not totally Human.  The human
energetics are consistently
 shifting and changing as
they step up their systems, holding more and more of the
light frequencies
 and processing away from the mutation
of the reptis species.  Humans, for the most part, are
at least
 somewhat aware that they are on an
evolutionary journey to reclaim their ability to live in
a
 multidimensional reality.  Fulfilling their full
potential by becoming more of who they truly are is the
priority in their lives.

     "Humanoids" are genetically more linked to the
reptis species, are grounded in third-dimensional
reality, anchored in mass mind consciousness, easily
controlled and governed by emotional reaction,
 and
exist within survival consciousness.  They are the third
level of designated species on this planet.

     Understand that these three distinct levels of the
Human species now exist in your world.  The
 Human
species has, both through energetic exchange and
mutation processes, become a triad
 consisting of:

     The Human Beings - (fully conscious)
     The Humans - (emerging into full consciousness)
     The Humanoid - (unaware and driven by survival instinct)

      Some individuals will display characteristics that
fluctuate between Human and Humanoid until
 they reach
the Human Being state of consciousness.

     The Reptis are the species that you call reptilian. 
They are not reptilians.  Their genetic make-up is
 now
aligned to this planet, as is the human's and the
humanoid's.  They lack but one element, one
 energetic
that the humans and humanoids have, and this is the
spark of light.  That spark of light that
 is called the
soul or the spirit.  It has been taken from them.  That
is why they originally were put on
 your planet.  It was
a containment action.


Q:  What do you want done with this information?

A:  The information is universal.  The more who know
what has been happening, the more will be
 available to
ensure that it will not happen again.  All who can must
now assist in redirecting the
 energetics to support the
environment so that those who are of the True Human
nature can totally
 reunite with the source of their
origin and become Light beings once again.  They are
being awakened
 now in small groups and numbers.  They
must be told because they have been dormant.

     Do not fear those from the outer worlds.  Know that
the war, in universal terms, has been won.  All
 that
exists now are minor skirmishes throughout the universe,
throughout all of the seven universes. 
 We must prepare
for the time of unification and peace.


Q:  Do you have a date when we might expect to see more
loving conditions on the planet?

A:  The question you ask, "The day the Rose loses it
thorns and spreads its beauty and love", will
 taken
place in the years around 1998.  That is when the world
will be filled with the scent of the Rose.


Q:  That is when we will experience world peace?

A:  That is when the scent of the rose will take place.


Q:  What does that mean?

A:  That is when those of you who have undertaken the
task of affecting the energetics outside of
 yourselves
will have succeeded in holding the space to allow the
positive insertion of balancing agents
 into the jet
stream--the air that is breathed by mankind.  For the
jet streams will be filtered and infused
 with
life-giving and freeing vibrations.  Those who are
energetically prepared will benefit greatly. 
 Those who
are not will not be affected.

                   The New Source


Q:  Who are you?

A:  I can be identified as 6672.  I can be reached on
this frequency.


Q:  What is your name?  Who are you representing?

A:  I would be placing myself in personal danger if I
were to reveal more to you than this [6672].  I am
 one
of many of the race known as Reptis.  We are mistaken as
Reptilians.  We are not.  A small
 number within our
ranks have, through energetic exchange with your
species, acquired the spark of
 light and no longer can
fulfill the prime directive of our species.

     There have already been many uprisings, but, still,
we are at great risk.  I give you this information
 so
that you can be prepared and act accordingly.  As with
all future events, the outcome is not set. 
 You can
greatly affect what is and will be taking place on your
planet by simply being aware.  I cannot
 stay long. 
Take note that you must be aware immediately that all
information I give is to decrease the
 element of fear
that is being generated within the masses.  Do not feed
these energetics.  Be informed,
 and act with the
knowing of your heart and the spark of light that is the
hallmark of your species.  The
 information is as
follows:


*  The deaths of three world political figures will
occur in the very near future.  These three deaths will
mark the change of the new world order because it is
these three who have been holding and putting a
 stop to
a complete world order.  These three will all die of the
same causes within three to four weeks
 of each other in
England, America, and Germany.


*  Immediately, every beverage taken must be checked
carefully.  All water should be sterilized.  Even
distilled water that is purchased could be unhealthy. 
Avoid any carbonated drinks that are not in
 sealed
containers.  There is the possibility of viral infection
if caution is not exercised.  Boil drinking
 water.  Do
not drink anything that has not been sealed.  Avoid most
popular carbonated beverages.


*  There will shortly be a disappearance on one of your
Earth space missions.  There will be a transfer
 of
beings within that unit.
 


*  There will be full contact with the Planetary
Alliance (an offshoot group of the White Brotherhood)
within the next three years.  The reason for the contact
is because there is too much of an investment
 on this
planet.  The ports are here that have been used for
interplanetary travel, and these ports are
 very
valuable as layover and repair stations.  They are
located under the sea and under the Earth.  All
 of the
earthquakes that are being felt are caused by these
ports.


*  Two girls who are not related by blood will meet and
show actual proof of contact with the Blessed
 Mary. 
This will be taking place within the next two years. 
These two young children will be able to
 create and
manifest the Blessed Virgin Mary at will.  This will
bring together a new belief system and a
 new religious
outlook regarding Christianity.  It will create a whole
new religion that will be oriented
 towards the feminine
and the empowerment of women.


*  The South will no longer be the South.  The North
will no longer be the North.  Weather changes will
create two completely different continents.  The South
will become very subtropical, and this tropical
 area
will extend north to within 150 miles into Northern
Canada.  Satellite missions will distinctly
 confirm
that this process is taking place.  The process will
begin in April 1996.


*  It will also be shown that those who are working with
the evolution of the outer worlds are real, that
 they
are not fake.  They are here as missionaries.  There
will be many humans taken with them to be
 instructed in
the ancient ways.  Many intergalactic missionaries who
support the evolution of your
 species will be present
in the human form.


*  Within the next two years there will be more
torrential downpours in the Western part of the
continental United States.  There will be great loss of
life.  There will be a migration of people towards
 the
center of the United States which will cause a vortex
change.  This vortex change will be a
 meridian change. 
It will cause a dividing of the grid sections.  It will
cause conflict, once again,
 throughout the meridian. 
It will go from the 36th latitude all of the way through
to the 92nd latitude.


*  There will be various illnesses emerging which have
not been seen in many years.  There will also be
 a
resurgence of animals thought to have been extinct. 
They have been kept in solitude and in places of
protection for the ecological changes.  They will be
coming out of the Hawaiian Islands.  This will occur
 in
the latter part of 1997.


*  There will be tremendous earthquake activity coming
through the Japanese Island.  Nippon will go
 through
major changes.  It will be cut into four sections within
the next three to three and a half years. 
 The island
of Taiwan will become the new major oriental island.


*  By 1997 it is going to come to light that, in the
United States and Canada, there has been observing
 and
spying within many family homes.  This spying will be
done via telephone and satellite.  It will be
 achieved
through the use of inverted signals through the
compression areas in the tuner systems of all
televisions and radios.  They will be able to tap in and
listen to and view what is going on in homes. 
 The
purpose of this is two-fold, for, at the same time, they
will be putting in mixed signals to cause
 confusion to
people.  They are doing experimental work to see what it
would take to utilize the mass
 media to control the
masses.


*  In the Eastern skies there will be many messages
(changes in the lighting).


*  There will be a complete change in theological
opinion.  Spirituality will grow in a different way. 
It
 will grow toward each individual wanting to be in
control of his own spirituality.  The techniques for
this are being given at this point in time to specific
people in specific areas.  The usage of these will
 grow
very rapidly.


*  Two more major international broadcasting companies
will be covering both television and radio. 
 They will
be broadcasting strictly propaganda to try to unify the
world into one.


*  By the end of 1997 two more viruses will be
discovered in Europe.  They will grow quickly and pass
over the continents.  They will be even more deadly than
the viruses that are already here.  They will
 effect
mainly older people.  The young, those under 60, will be
pretty immune.  They will affect the
 respiratory system
much more dramatically than the H.I.V. virus.

    The Southern point of the South American continent
will become a refuge for many who will have
 suffered
from the disease.  The Southern part of the continent of
Australia, which will be on the same
 latitude, will
also become a refuge.   It wills become extremely
difficult to enter these countries.


*  The desert [not specific as to which] will no longer
be because the tropical zone area will also shift. 
 The
South Pole will shift to its rear and slide backwards. 
The North Pole will slide forwards so that
 there will
be a shift in polarities.  This will take place
approximately in 1999.  The result of this shift of
polarities will be to rebalance the planet.  There was a
time when the planet maintained a tropical
 climate. 
This will reoccur.


*  You will witness an increase in the wars within inner
cities in the Western Hemisphere.  These wars
 will be
genocides.  They will be cleaning out.  They will be
instigated by those of above to balance out
 the
magnetic energies of the planet.  This has taken place
before, and it will be taking place again.


*  Be aware that time is no longer really relative, for
your experience of time is shifting to the degree
 that
you will only experience approximately 54-55 minutes of
each hour.  You have not lost that time. 
 In fact, you
are existing inter-dimensionally, and the quality and
quantity of all that you accomplish
 during these phases
will be greatly enhanced.


*  There will be a global communications blackout which
will go on for six to seven hours.  This could
 cause
great strain, great disasters.  It will come very close
to causing major wars around the world
 because of fear
and miscommunication.  This event could be taking place
very shortly.  It is a devised
 event planned to excite
fear and panic in the humanoids.


*  It will come to light that the air that is breathed
by many is toxic.  It is toxic with a form of virus
that
 was set forth in the Middle East approximately
three years ago.  It has made its way to the United
States, the European Colony, and the lower Southern
Hemisphere.  It will be affecting older people and
younger people, alike.  The chemical toxins are desgned
to cause a severe irritation of the bronchial
 trachea
lines.  World blame will be aimed at Iraq, but it was
not Iraq.


*  A jumbo jet will disappear in the Rocky Mountain
area.  In a European country, the disappearance
 and
then reappearance of an aircraft will be reported.  All
on board will be safe.  It will be the first full-
scale alien contact and pickup.  There will be attempts
to cover it up, but they will not be successful.


*  Two men in Florida will come forward with more proof
of alien contact.  Government officials will
 try to
suppress this, once again, but this will not be
successful.  It will happen.


*  There will be a massive return throughout the world
of humans who have been missing.  Children
 who were
young will no longer be young.  They will be transported
back and will be roaming and
 wandering the streets. 
Slowly but surely they will make their re-emergence and
come back.


*  The government of this country is on a solid
foundation and path, and it is being guided and shown
in which direction to go by a Power Commission.  It is
not working on sole elemental issue.  It is
 working on
a planetary and world issue.
