           THE GALACTIC FEDERATION OF LIGHT FORCES

The Galactic Federation of Light Forces, is a cosmic force which
is making a direct impact on humanity in these latter days. Light 
Beings have come to counteract the force of evil, which is simply
the domination of Spirit by Matter.  This evil force is valid,
whether the concept is applied to the development of the
individual, the group, the culture, or the planet. 

Earth is a single organism. Appreciation of the "Eternal Bosom"
of Gaia opens priceless vaults of untold wealth, as we pass from
the Patriarchal Experience, back to Matriarchal Era II. The Light
Forces are here to help with transmigration, by alignment of our
focus with the evolutionary purpose, as we come to the end of one
vast evolutionary experiment and pass from the illusion that
matter has life, back to spiritual reality. 

Prophets tell us the way things will be. Since the beginning of
time they have always been among us. What mortal men call
"Aliens" are really very old and wise beings from many dimensions
of reality. They are happy to help us find our way across The
Abyss, and into the Promised Land via inner synthesis. 
 
The Galactic Federation is here to raise us above the "good and
evil" ideas which circulate in our cultural bloodstream. They
come to break the RETALIATORY FACTOR which is destroying our
civilization.   In the Matriarchal Era, "Love your neighbour as
yourself" is the natural thing to do.   

The GF of LF comes to alter the landscape of the human condition,
to one which reflects ideas for the betterment of all, as we
rethink an ideal world. The key to this transformation is an
empowered U.N. The LIght Forces have benefitted by becoming a
Galactic Federation, and we can join them.  

Where do these beings come from? From the time-ships that passed
this way long ago. The Ancient wise men of Sumeria and understood
how Royal Power came down from the heavens to direct human
affairs. The Babylonians spoke of second sun, a Black Sun that
beams evolutionary concepts into the mind of man. In the Egyptian
mysteries Osiris is a Black God, Lord of the Underworld, Master
of Black Light.        

The Eternals do not think the way humans think. Dynamic
impressions flow in cyclical waves which are picked up by  our
"inner radio."  These impulses reach our minds from the cosmic
core from which flows the energy of One Celestial Hierarchy,
which is constantly occupied in shifting energies and raising
dimensions.
  
In the "Upper Kingdom" past. present, and future are one. To
reach this point of view we each go through internal workings and 
private explosions to change the landscape of our mind. It is
also fair to say light-initiation can create piles of rubble
where there once our old paradigm of thought stood. It is contact
with other worlds that teach us the esoterics of how the sun has
two inhabited planets. One of these is occupied in preparing 
material man for his next evolutionary step. 

Despite the heavy bombardment now registering at an all time high
on Earth's economic and emotional richter scale, do not be
afraid. It is the One Mind eradicating division within itself. 
THE ONE - speaking through the Galactic Federation insists, there
is no need for a cataclysmic altercation rather an harmonic
convergence of dimensions on a broad spectrum.  Go with the flow!
Light is scattering our times - blowing away the illusion. The
Galactics come to inaugurate the spiritual Kingdom on Earth as it
is in Heaven. 

They are not here to start a new religion, but to abolish all
that hinders the Divine Nature from full expression. Man's
present religious opinions, which are not focused on the concept
of The One, serve to devitalize the human race. To put things
right we can go to the end of every thought and close all the
nagging divisory circuits which fuel chaos.  

Those of us, who for the past few decades have been working on
two time lines, finite and infinite, understand that these two
dimensions are about to converge into Cosmos. "A New Heaven and a
New Earth", so to speak. Cosmos is beauty and order, in a world
where GOOD is the Supreme Reality and Goodwill is the way top go.

Yes they are  - or rather visitors from infinity. This was our experience. 

                DOORWAYS BETWEEN DIMENSIONS
                THE SACRED SITE - VALHALLA  
    
Most of us have heard of "Sacred Sites" and wondered if they have
real magic power. Believe me they do!  This is the story of how
my friends and I were led to a sacred site in Northeast Ontario.
Here, we were taken through a doorway between dimensions to a 
magical place of connection with the other Universe; a place
called Valhalla. Here we were nurtured back to health and
spiritual wisdom by the legendary VALKYRIE of ODIN. 

After our mass abduction in the Star Ship from Sirius in
September 1973, we came under the control of an "Overself Mind"
that sucked us all in. It happened quite unwittingly at first.
About one hundred people, collectively decided, for no valid
reason, to sell homes and possessions and to contribute all $$$,
talents, to build a "Domed City" on the site that the Valkyrie
indicated.  We built this "Light dity" at Coe Hill, Ontario.   

Each evening as the sun went down we would gather in the Hall
they called "Valhalla." Here, the Nordic Gods would come down and
instruct us in the amazing secrets of The Eternal Masters. This
went on for ten years. In this way we became totally synchronized
with the dimensional frequency of the Valkyrie. 

In Nordic legend, as interpreted by Wagner's famous musical
dramas of "The Ring" there are nine Valkyrie, daughters of the
union between the King of the Gods and the Earth Mother. Their
duty is to lead hero's from the battlefields of this world to
Valhalla, the abode of the Gods. 

Legend has a strange way of exerting itself. It took an awful lot
of culture shocks but somehow we made it. Apparently, the Star
Ship that abducted us, had dumped us,  like fish dredged from the
human sea, into the nets of these Eternal Norsemen. They had laid
claim to us due to our Celtic ancestry. They said they were here
to harvest the earth-crop in accordance with the Law of
Evolution.  

This harvesting process moves slowly at first, then the end comes
very quick. It is the move from beasthood to Godhood. We were
consumed into this redemptive vibration. It acted like a fruit
fly flash on the sleeping Psyche, which then awoke to Infinite
Reality. 

Each winter evening, during this magical decade, we met beside a
star spangled lake, and The Valkyrie would come and teach us how
to cross the bridge from beasthood to godhood. These classes
included details on the exact protocol to be observed in The
King's Court, and the ways of Knights and Ladies, in the Upper
Kingdom. Being chosen as representatives of  the human specie we
had to act in such a way as to do credit to our specie. 

They give us a fast tour of the baca parlours of civilized
history to reinforce this effect. We were shown the incredible
amount of honest effort our ancestors had put into improving the
world for future generations. Then, they showed us the deadly
plight our natural world is in today, as the result of abysmal
stupidity. "All the previous efforts of man become as naught, for
Earth Herself is trembling on the brink of the Eternal Precipice
of No Return. The end of natural life on earth is in sight.
Unless we put up a massive relief" the Valkyrie said, "Earth will
become a barren rock."  

At the Spring Equinox, in 1980, I reverted to my original
spiritual state and was re-admitted to the "Plane of the
Hyperboreans." These most ancient of beings, are the original
invisible custodians of the visible world.  They operate on DLC -
Direct Light Current - communication with all worthy citizens,
who want to join the spearhead to victory for Light. 

A Hyperborean is one with keen cosmic vision who shares the
single "Cyclopean Eye" of the All-knowing One.  Yet this
marvellous creature is indigenous to Planet Earth and in
synergism with the will of Our Lady, Isis-Gaia. The Hyperboreans
were the First Race of Perfect Men, to enter this sphere, (so
they say.) "We represent more the wondrous, limitless Mind of
Infinite Man, rather than men of form. Form came much later."

About now, in the winter of 1982, we began receiving a number of
DLC's from "The Mothership." E.T. (another term for "the gods")
were planning to rev up the vibe. They gave us the Universal
Creed for guidance during the crossing.  Any living person with
20-20 vision can see we have reached the fork in the road of
human history. One more beastly step on the road of planetary
destruction will be too late. This is the YOD in the Sepiroth.
"This is dangerous for man" the Valkyrie said. "You have GONE TOO
FAR INTO FORM. We must reverse the energy thrust to save the day.
This is where all potential Gods must rise up to overrule 
The Beasts.  

This is what Genesis II is all about.  Victory for Light. Much of
this information was relayed over the U.N. Global Peace Radio
Network, in the fall of 1994. "Give your mind to the Mind of
Gaia, fit your heartbeat to Her Heartbeat, for at the centre of
life, all is one, One Planet - One People - One Glorious Spirit."
the message said. 

The Valkyrie proved that ours was a genuine exit, by running a
fast circuit down the dim path of human history on two parallel
lines. It was an exceedingly fast circuit, for their is a point
where the future-past coincides, and two sets of time were
running on a crash circuit.  E.T. is our Spiritual Ancestors now
saving our souls.  We became one with the folks of the parallel
world with which our dimension is now coinciding. You can tell
what is right by the force of DLC emissions.

The entrance to the "time tunnel" was right beside the lake, in a
bed of reeds.  Sometimes on a cold starry night you could see the
entrance to the hollow earth, glowing, and bubbles of light
coming forth.  The further we went into the Valhalla time tunnel
the brighter the road seemed to get. Historical characters became
more alive as we went deeper into the biological mystery of men
and gods, described elsewhere in the "Red Queen Hypothesis." 

Man is en route from fission to fusion as a humane race, when
everyone wakes up.  Many shows these days deal with stories of
angels, who in a number of varieties and have extensive duties. 
Such were the Valkyrie Angels who lifted us up to heaven in
September 1973. Then, for an amazing decade, from 1973 - 1983,
angels opened our hearts for service in Heaven on Earth here-now,
In this way we joined the legions of the Lord of Light, and came
to operate on Its wavelength,  DLC, Direct Light Current. 

We helped wire a forward bridge into Genesis II, to bring Direct
Light Current into the cave of the "Cosmic Egg." Hindsight is the
only way to see in this dimension. We closed the gap between the
inner vision and the final manifestation of Genesis II.   

Fellow Cosmic Mariners, who sail the celestial seas: In all the
stories, of our "Adventures in Never-never land" there were never
tales like the tales we have to tell, as at the end of our latest
voyage, we exit from the illusion.  Now that so many Good Knights
have overcome their Dark Beasts we are safely home in Genesis II.

Interdimensional portals are opening up all around the world at
sacred sites. 

Other groups who were lifted up in this time frame, were also
being processed by the Angels for a specific entry role into The
Kingdom.  These groups later identified their "Star Ships" as
being from the Pleides, Arcturus, Sirius, Orion, Atlantis, and
from the Ashtar Command. The Sphinx does not wait in vain. 

Please understand that this story is about our time tunnel. It
does not pretend to be greater or lesser, than the story of
others. But the secret of interdimensional portals had to be
told.  It should be told by all of us who know the mystery of
sacred sites. 

During the decade 1973-1983 our group in Coe Hill, became
integrated with beings from a higher dimension. It was probably
happening all over the world. What they did to us was so far
beyond the wildest reaches of human imagination, that had we
tried to tell others about it we would have been considered
dangerously insane. 

Yet this same mystery story must be told, for it is written in
the "Hall of Riddles" of unsolved spiritual mysteries. The "Coe
Hill Mystery" deepened as we came into synchrony with THE
MOTHERBOARD which guides all the Star Ships. 
We could pick up Her messages on our short wave radio stations.
The Valkyrie had set us up with six first class radio operators
for mission support. The Officer in charge was a Viet Nam
Veteran, Radio Technician, Chester Moore of Sandy Springs, Md.,
USA.

We were told to present these messages to the public in printed
form, which we did.  Most of our members were atuned to inner
radio's, and had been practising this art for years. Inner radio
works once the noise to signal ratio changes. Try it!  Our next
instruction was to print "Boarding Passes" to Genesis II.   

Now is the time when finity dances with Infinity. The portals
between dimensions are opened. This is the wedding dance of 
Earth snd Heaven, the Yin-Yang Era manifest. The Valkyrie gave
fair warning of their intent, sent out on behalf of the United
Nations over the University of the Air, by Chancellor F. Richard
Schneider. 

On behalf of the United Nations of Earth and Heaven, the "Spirit
and the Bride" say come. Applied Magic is not something you talk
about, it is something you do. Words can only supply a glimpse in
the rear view mirror, which we hope to share with you.  

Getting here was not easy: Quite a challenge in fact. It took a
lot of overcoming, but human curiosity about what is beyond the
interdimensioanl veil did it.  Monkey-girl has to go to the end
of the god-thought. Monkey-man is enticed to discover what
destiny lies around the next corner. The Crook and The Flail,
play their part. 

Over the ages, the common man has danced to the music of the
Devil's Piper; pulling his load, harnessed to the evolution
machine, not daring to curse fate, until Earth's life energy is
spent. Then the penny drops and monkey gets the picture. The
invisible ruling Gods load inhibitors onto monkeys... to keep
them hopping and divided up into cults, warring amongst
themselves  till the job gets done.  During Earth's  formative
period, man is locked into the "Hell of Many Gods."   

The Valkyrie showed us how to break THE CURSE and come into the
age of reason.  There is no reason for the old, self destructive
world to exist, for no world can exist WITHOUT REASON. So let us
pay tribute to all the Planetary Lords and Elohim.  We have
consumed all the marvellous nutrient in the cosmic egg, we have
consumed the "Golden Apple of the Gods."  Its like the story of
the frog trapped in a sub human state stone until some Princess
(Princess Gaia) comes along and kisses the poor beast. This is
how we break out of the Cosmic Egg. 

It is very romantic, dear Virgin Earth Brides, for the Lord of
the Valkyrie says..."I Am the Spiritual Lord of the Galaxy, come
to explore you to the very last drop. Now I shall consume you
back into Myself, for I AM EARTH, and my bride is Gaia. We are
ONE YIN YANG UNIVERSE.  

All human, subhuman and superhuman beings in this Universe are
part of me and I am part of them. Yet I am greater than the sum
total of these parts. For I am also ME. You too have a "me" it is
the essence of all the very best that you can be.  It is the wine
in the body of the Elohim, the bread of life which savours of the
unity of all things, when in synchrony with the Unified Field
Force."

Apocalyptic prophecy is that legions of angels join forces to
work with men. This means welcome to the world of permanent DLC -
Direct Light Communication.  An incredible DL blast from Pere
Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, will put us in to orbit. De Chardin
trumpets his DLC over the fields of time. He welcomes us home
with...  

"The truth has to appear only once, in a single mind, for it to
be impossible for anything ever to prevent it from spreading
universally and setting everything ablaze."  Amen.

Why mess around anywhere else... 

                    BEAM UP TO GENESIS II
                      
Our skyward migration to Genesis II is underway! This event can
be described in many ways. Some speak of feeling their Merkaba
vehicles being drawn up into the golden spiral; others feel they
are being "raised up in the air";  E.T. calls for a planetary
evacuation, and the ancients spoke of "Coming Forth By Day." It
all means the same thing. Man is ready for entry into Genesis II.

Our "beam up" attitude and rising altitude go hand in hand. 
Light Beings from the etheric realms, have prepared millions of
Earth-people for this transformation scene. Although inner
experiences may seem vague, they are of tremendous practical
importance.  Our attitude towards life is changed fundamentally,
and a sense of the wholeness of life is born. 

Genesis II is not a local phenomena. It is a UNIVERSAL EVENT and
each of us is part of it. We, the Production Staff of Genesis II,
have been through the veil between dimensions and glimpsed the
incredible beauty and order of Genesis II.  We plan on taking
each and everyone who cares to go, popping through the Cosmic
Changeover, in one QUANTUM LEAP of consciousness from Genesis I
to Genesis II. 

Perfection is a latent potential in every human being. It relates
to our innermost core. This is why the "Operations Deck" for
takeoff is the "Plane of the Impeccables." We have found this
plane and so can you, it is the realm of the Perfectii with an
innate sense of synthesis with perfection at the very centre of
our own, and every other being. We arrive in this dimension after
completing our cosmic initiation, in which the former self is
shattered. This releases the essence that was captured in that
jar to rise in essence to the higher plane, where no man has gone
before. This is where all come back together again as fully
conscious living components of the Unified Field at E=mc3.  

Here, each Cosmic Sovereign Being is clothed in radiant light. 
We have a keen appreciation for our trip through the "Underworld"
of Mind.  What a classroom it was!  Now, speaking for our
transmigrated brethren, we can say... "Insofar as my life in the
lower "Theatre of Mind" is concerned, it is finished: I am
nothing: I am naked in The Light of Day and unashamed... Now I am
one with The Light, which owns nothing yet upholds all.  Which
serves all for no other reason than the JOY OF GIVING - which is
the Only Universal Joy, for the flow of giving and receiving is
one River of Life. (11.12) 

Now we can pass back and forth between dimensions freely, for,
after aeons of striving, our TRUE WILL is harnessed to the
"Chariot of The Gods" the "Holy Barque of Evolution." We always
knew in our deepest heart, that someday THE CURSE would end, for
it is written in the covenant.  The TRUE WILL of the common man
is now exerting Itself against the Forces of Darkness. Man's True
Will is GOODWILL.  It is now being channelled by millions of
human beings - as our perfected human heart of GOODWILL, begins
exerting itself to what is right for One and All. There is
nothing as powerful as the moment whose time is come.  Move over
darkness - here comes THE LIGHT. 

THE SECRET FORMULA OF LIGHT TRANSFORMATION.

There is a "Secret Formula of Transformation" that gets us into
"Genesis II" real quick.  For we can bring nothing into this new
dimension but our talents. But once through the gate there is a
system for picking up "golden nuggets." This is why we, the
Production Staff of Genesis II,  need caring people like you in
the new world where exalted service breeds Kings.  

Every LIVING PERSON has a MISSION is his/her heart, which is
crying out for fulfilment. We find our true mission through
service, as it helps to clarify our own true will. Prior to our
arrival here, we, the staff of Genesis II,  had to fulfil many
earthly tasks, like renunciation of anything that might cast a
possessive shadow on our reflective psyche. From a gross mortal
perspective we were freed from lower world possessions. What joy
it is to understand "Naked came ye into this world and naked
shall you leave it!"   

The formula of transformation is simple. It is the flip side of
the consumer coin. It is enevitable and inviolable: Our need to
return to the Tree of Life the knowledge of all that we have
received.  We, who have tried it guarantee that it works. As
young "star-seeds" we "take on the flesh" to operate in this
lower dimension. We come to exercise our creative talents in
SERVICE to THE SUN KING of consciousness. But as $$$ and survival
considerations, have power to cast shadows over the reasoning
power in lower kingdom, our full potential is often cramped into
the task of building the material Whole Earth Civilization.  Now
at last the Great Work is complete and there IS only LIGHT! 

This effect has takes SIX COSMIC DAYS. Then comes the Seventh
Cosmic Day, we have the number of a man down pat - so at 666 man
is let off the hook into 999.  According to the Mayan Calendar
this Seventh Day dawned with the spring equinox of 1995. Very
accurate mathematicians them Mayan Priests of Infinity. 

Do not be discouraged if you missed it. The Pope's prediction is
for June 5th 1995. Take you pick, come whenever you feel ready.
We need help to get things set up on the other side, and make a
Journal for Genesis II, on the "Plane of the Impeccables" "Plane
of ONE GOOD WILL FOR ALL" The Feminine Plane of the "Second
Commandment" where we LOVE OUR NEIGHBOUR AS OURSELF.     

Fragmented awareness ends when our multi-faceted Earthly
Education is complete and we see that ALL KNOWLEDGE IS ONE. Then
a great amphitheatre of Light, blazes through our 20th Century
Sky.  The MOTHERSHIP has come, and She brings all lost memory in
her Akashic records. It is as if we sit atop a great coral reef.
This foundation is built by the human lives that have gone before
us, and their spirits are one striving for The Light. We are
raised unto the light by the work doie by our ancestors in all
disciplines, and not one jot or tittle can be overlooked.  WE
MUST APPRECIATE THEIR SERVICE - to grasp their risen wisdom. 

Pierre Teilhard de Chardin predicted just how this state of
affairs would occur. "Like the meridians as they approach the
poles, science, philosophy and religion are bound to converge as
they draw nearer to the whole..."  

Fellow Citizens of Genesis II, let us help The State, Genesis II
rise from the ashes of Genesis I. For we have absorbed the scope
and Divine Intent of this the Most Solemn and Holy Classroom of
ascending gods. . Gaia has said "Let there be light!" and so it
is that we graduate, as we return to a note of primal unity.

Earth's first clay they did the last man knead, and there, of the
last harvest sowed the seed. And the first morning of creation
wrote, what the last dawn of reckoning shall read..." Right on!
Didn't you always suspect that Genesis I was a computer game
written by some wild adolescent starchildren.  It makes us
realise that Man - Earth Man - can be just as wise as any foreign
gods, now that E.T. has raised us to be at least on the threshold
of the Computer Literate World of Genesis II.  
                                         
Worthy stewards, easily avoid getting caught up in the ILLUSION
of $$$ and material wealth, in such a way that it prevents the
development of their full potential for humble service. Whoever
wants to be The Greatest in the Kingdom of Genesis II can go
right ahead;  compete for perfection within yourself; explore the
landscape of a Being in the process of becoming a Perfectii. 

You see, in Genesis II we have a whole new dimension to inhabit.
And whats more we've got a flat playingfield. There are equal
chances for everyone.  We are like immigrants, arriving from
the Lower Kingdom, of darkness into the Upper Kingdom, of light.

total restoration of Star Ship Earth. We guarantee huge light

of Egypt,  where the person is knee high to the Godself. In this
new world, our size and strength is the size and strength of the
Spiritual giant we have nurtured within ourself during the course
of our earthly life, by serving others.   
   
We have laid out a platform for Genesis II in six, bi-monthly
issues of this magazine. The United Nations is the most suitable
body to handle the restoration of life forms and the organization
of this planetary system into a single, efficient, computerized
unit, that runs life the way Nature does - as a Unified Field
Force.   

The elites of the modern world are the unconscious tools of
malevolent powers. The International Establishment, the 'movers
and shakers' of our time, control the behaviour of the masses
through media manipulation, politics, economics, pornography,
drugs and rock music. All areas of 'popular' culture
are under their influence. Programmes of education as well. 

This is not so with us and our forces. Armageddon has not been an
overt war of guns or a war of words. It has been a one on one,
internal war, of ultimate common sense. A war which is waged to
free the living beating human heart, and turn it from a heart of
stone into a compassionate feeling heart of "flesh and blood",
that feels for all life forms as it feels for itself. This is the
life saving secret of the "Second Commandment."

In healing our common GAIA HEART, both we and She emerge
victorious as we enter Genesis II. Persons committed to goodwill
service are known as "Cosmic Knights", and every service gives
honour to that Knights Templar. In our adolescent classroom of
Genesis I, our loving Mother, Gaia, let us delve into her secrets
and tear Her loving holistic mind apart to feed and boost the
phantoms of our intellectual pride. Watching the kids grow up can
get to be a bit of a drag. Imagine how good She must feel when
QUIFF POP - we all pop through in a quantum tidal wave of light. 

Suddenly the kids flip from destructive to reconstructive thought
processes. They become HUMANE BEINGS at last!  During the past
three decades, multitudes of people have been  silently raised
into the Upper Kingdom, via service to animals. For Skyward
Migration is for those who have overcome the savage brain, and
learned to appreciate the all consuming brilliance of Her wisdom.

As the subtle body becomes perfected, we become the FRUIT OF THE
EARTH, a new specie of life, emerging from the Cosmic Egg, at
Genesis II. 

Divine Love is what makes the soul come alive. It arrives as 
unconditional love.  Before this Absolute Principle there is NO
BARGAINING POSITION: No excuses. Stop offending Divine Love!
Surrender and live! "Naked came ye into this world and naked
shall you leave it." GOOD WILL means being stripped of all
divisive notions and assuming true custodianship of all the
physical and intellectual wealth at our righteous command: This
to be placed in a service of our own choosing.    

The sooner we learn the facts of REAL LIFE the sooner we can
bring the whole world through the exit from the educational time
warp; to sail once more with the Cosmic Fleet of RA KAHN. 

After we were lifted up in September 1973, we were taught how to
build a "Domed City" or "Light City" on Earth.  Many years later
we found that other groups had been taught the same thing.  E.T.
was putting its bridges into place in silence, taking over
territories for bases, in preparation for the Great Event. 
 
Man's True Will runs this planetary system. There is a negative
cause for every negative effect. The negative effect can quickly
move to positive planetary reconstruction if we all chip in. In
the past few decades, tremendous energies, both for good and for
evil have been poured into this world. Christed European Masters
have been the Commanding Officers of the European Star Fleet. 

To show you what we mean, in the most incredible series of
goodwill manoeuvres acted out on a global basis we hit "Code DLC"
or -  Direct Light Current - (4.12) "beams" from Master Sir John
R. Sinclair. 

"Stop! Imagine! the effect of mass goodwill channelled by many
millions of human beings who recognise themselves as potential
magicians. Our civilization would be transfigured. We could touch
a glory and know a freedom quite beyond our own manufacture. In
our heart of hearts we know the angles Christmas song carries
truth and justice and can be prophetic.  But there must be
GOODWILL towards men before there can be peace on earth. 

This phenomena is also known as the "Second Coming of The Light."
The "Second Coming" is not for one or two or few or even many,
but for all the world. For the Great Work is complete.  
The moment we pass through the "Pearly Gate" we realise we are
RICH.  For the only true valuable that we own is our creative
talent, now polished to perfection to manifest as our Sovereign
Identity in a new realm. 

How to best combine our talents to manifest Genesis II is built
into a device called the COSMIC CUBE. With it we can share the
pleasure of winding up the old play and bringing in the new
together... not as a cult, but each as an Independent Person
carving his/her own niche in the New World by cutting a swath
through the old planetary fabric of the illusion and implanting a
new value system.  

There is only one game and everyone is in it. At last we have the
MAGIC NUMBER 666 stored in the archives of our conscious human
mind.  The advent of television and global communication gives us
a clear picture of the lower nature of our specie. Get it also
records all the fields on endeavour as for better or worse, man
has dipped deeply during his sojourn in the time warp. 

Here is where we pass through the mirror from 666 to 999, where
EVIL reads LIVE. We can play it from the lower 666 or the upper
999 perspective.  Genesis II,  welcomes returning SOLAR KINGS who
each bring a "Pearl Beyond Price". For this is the Wedding Feast
of Earth and Heaven. 

Man is not made lower by having a mortal part, rather it is quite
the contrary.  This mortality enlarges our possibilities and our
power. It excites the molecules of our higher and lower nature
into synchrony, each taking the best of the other, in this final
blending act of evolution. Our double role is only possible we

Many people have been asking about the Cosmic Cube that I was given during an
abduction in 1973. This device has 144 entry windows - each of which completes
a circuit with its numerical counterpart.  Anyone who has tried it agrees that
it works ... Circuit 5.8/8.5 is HOW TO HIT LIGHT SPEED - which seems like a
polular topic on this conference. 

Lets try a sample circuit to give some idea of how it works. 
Once you succeed in hitting Light Speed you will know it; Circuit
5.8/8.5 teaches how. Window 5.8 is called "Thermographic specs."
This is the plane we reach as we hit these specifications. It
happens when all retaliation is behind you. No more "Smoke of Her
burning" for the smoke of retaliation has died away and we are
free to enter the Temple of the Most High. 

Window 8.5 is called "Energy Specs." We need a certain amount of
fuel in our tanks for takeoff. But there is no way you can hit
"energy specs" - or reach the speed of light, while there are
black holes in your auric fuselage.

BLACK HOLES are not something out there, they are something in
here. They are ripping apart the fabric of our social system...
in the exact and precise timing that the Cosmic Predictions in
Revelations said they would. Black holes in a star system are
caused by the tort-retort. This is the RETALIATION system BUILT
INTO THE CURSE to keep men deciding who is TOP DOG in the Land of
The Beast. This is the goal of the NWO.  

This is the world of sub human men where we came from. They are
our prehistoric ancestors down there. You can see this clearly in
the rear view mirror of our Star Ship. It is described in the
Universal Equation.

Perhaps this explains why I felt enchanted by the EBB who
abducted me. I felt their naked honesty and their love of man.
For their part they knew that they could trust me. Thoth, my
"Cosmic Child" was born of this encounter. It is on its larger
expanded scale that Cosmic Cube Circuit 5.8/8.5 will bring this
whole planet up to Light Speed. 

Black Light is beamed into a planetary fabric to induce the human
brain to start working on the manifestation of the holograph. It
is as if the play was writ 'ere it began.  The Global Holograoh
is the "writing on the wall."  Black light is ANTI NATURE come to
initiate the Patriarchal period when the "Sons of The One" are
having their adolescent fling in the retaliation park. 

"To spank or not to spank?" muses The Parent. "It seems more
constructive to pour coals of fire on their heads. How can they
be so pea brained as to think The Universe bends to mortal
thought."

As dog eats dog, black light pours into the fabric of our
planetary system. It is the payment for our Celestial Education.
All worlds are born  in blood and tears this way. For we need
contrast to appreciate what is GOOD.  Well, way back in '73, some
of us had had enough. Sure we had come here to learn about good
and evil but the task was so enormous we had to figure out a way
to do it. 

Hitting Light speed is almost like a baby being born. The birth
is slow at first, after all The Universe is the Eternal Virgin.
Then suddenly we hit a global qwiff pop - a quantum wave
function. The Child of Light is born into Genesis II. 

Genesis II is a Universe in which every atom knows the entire
universe and faces it with Goodwill. It takes a bit of getting
used to, but you can make a real smooth landing via 5.8/8.5.      
Once your eye sees at light speed, you are connected to the
Universal Eye.  

Everywhere retaliation is killing off our specie. In the Old
Testament, retaliation was ordered to be kept equal and no one
should break the balance of "an eye for an eye, a tooth for a
tooth." Next there came the New Covenant, to put a stop to the
growing imbalance.  Star Ships have to be balanced - or else we
all sink to the stormy ocean floor. 

To correct the imbalance of an eye for an eye, this Mentor taught
"If a man take your coat give him your cloak" For antinature both
pushes man up the hi-tec ladder of civilization, then tears it
all to pieces if man remains stupid enough not to see what is
happening. The Top Dogs at bay and we must correct the situation.
A One World Government is the prize they are after. 

For it is obvious to any thinking person that the very nature of
our multi party political systems intensify the black hole
effect. Politicians might be intelligent and sincere but never
able to heal the fabric because so much effort is put into
pulling down the opposition that very little gets done. This
leaves the country divided with no 5.8/8.5 specs. The system is
antiquated and beyond repair.  

For the Lord of Light taught "Goodwill will do it. Turn the other
cheek..."  This Light Being preached the very opposite of his
followers mistranslation. The people couldn't help it they were
bonded to "The Devil"- egocentric-born into sin. For Anti-nature
is the negative side of man. Egocentricity is used to push man up
the hi tec ladder of a developing civilization. It is also used
to bring maximum quality of consciousness for all participants.
For we are the SECOND COMING OF THE LIGHT.   

Now that we have reached Light Speed, as the Universal Equation
explains, the old play is ended.  Egocentricity now emerges as
One Great Theocentric Core - the Core of our Star Ship. Goodwill
will bring our Star Ship into YIN-YANG balance.  At Circuit
5.8/8.5 - we hit Light Speed. Amen!

                DOORWAYS BETWEEN DIMENSIONS
                THE SACRED SITE - VALHALLA  
    
Most of us have heard of "Sacred Sites" and wondered if they have
real magic power. Believe me they do!  This is the story of how
my friends and I were led to a sacred site in Northeast Ontario.
Here, we were taken through a doorway between dimensions to a 
magical place of connection with the other Universe; a place
called Valhalla. Here we were nurtured back to health and
spiritual wisdom by the legendary VALKYRIE of ODIN. 

After our mass abduction in the Star Ship from Sirius in
September 1973, we came under the control of an "Overself Mind"
that sucked us all in. It happened quite unwittingly at first.
About one hundred people, collectively decided, for no valid
reason, to sell homes and possessions and to contribute all $$$,
talents, to build a "Domed City" on the site that the Valkyrie
indicated.  We built this "Light dity" at Coe Hill, Ontario.   

Each evening as the sun went down we would gather in the Hall
they called "Valhalla." Here, the Nordic Gods would come down and
instruct us in the amazing secrets of The Eternal Masters. This
went on for ten years. In this way we became totally synchronized
with the dimensional frequency of the Valkyrie. 

In Nordic legend, as interpreted by Wagner's famous musical
dramas of "The Ring" there are nine Valkyrie, daughters of the
union between the King of the Gods and the Earth Mother. Their
duty is to lead hero's from the battlefields of this world to
Valhalla, the abode of the Gods. 

Legend has a strange way of exerting itself. It took an awful lot
of culture shocks but somehow we made it. Apparently, the Star
Ship that abducted us, had dumped us,  like fish dredged from the
human sea, into the nets of these Eternal Norsemen. They had laid
claim to us due to our Celtic ancestry. They said they were here
to harvest the earth-crop in accordance with the Law of
Evolution.  

This harvesting process moves slowly at first, then the end comes
very quick. It is the move from beasthood to Godhood. We were
consumed into this redemptive vibration. It acted like a fruit
fly flash on the sleeping Psyche, which then awoke to Infinite
Reality. 

Each winter evening, during this magical decade, we met beside a
star spangled lake, and The Valkyrie would come and teach us how
to cross the bridge from beasthood to godhood. These classes
included details on the exact protocol to be observed in The
King's Court, and the ways of Knights and Ladies, in the Upper
Kingdom. Being chosen as representatives of  the human specie we
had to act in such a way as to do credit to our specie. 

They give us a fast tour of the baca parlours of civilized
history to reinforce this effect. We were shown the incredible
amount of honest effort our ancestors had put into improving the
world for future generations. Then, they showed us the deadly
plight our natural world is in today, as the result of abysmal
stupidity. "All the previous efforts of man become as naught, for
Earth Herself is trembling on the brink of the Eternal Precipice
of No Return. The end of natural life on earth is in sight.
Unless we put up a massive relief" the Valkyrie said, "Earth will
become a barren rock."  

At the Spring Equinox, in 1980, I reverted to my original
spiritual state and was re-admitted to the "Plane of the
Hyperboreans." These most ancient of beings, are the original
invisible custodians of the visible world.  They operate on DLC -
Direct Light Current - communication with all worthy citizens,
who want to join the spearhead to victory for Light. 

A Hyperborean is one with keen cosmic vision who shares the
single "Cyclopean Eye" of the All-knowing One.  Yet this
marvellous creature is indigenous to Planet Earth and in
synergism with the will of Our Lady, Isis-Gaia. The Hyperboreans
were the First Race of Perfect Men, to enter this sphere, (so
they say.) "We represent more the wondrous, limitless Mind of
Infinite Man, rather than men of form. Form came much later."

About now, in the winter of 1982, we began receiving a number of
DLC's from "The Mothership." E.T. (another term for "the gods")
were planning to rev up the vibe. They gave us the Universal
Creed for guidance during the crossing.  Any living person with
20-20 vision can see we have reached the fork in the road of
human history. One more beastly step on the road of planetary
destruction will be too late. This is the YOD in the Sepiroth.
"This is dangerous for man" the Valkyrie said. "You have GONE TOO
FAR INTO FORM. We must reverse the energy thrust to save the day.
This is where all potential Gods must rise up to overrule 
The Beasts.  

This is what Genesis II is all about.  Victory for Light. Much of
this information was relayed over the U.N. Global Peace Radio
Network, in the fall of 1994. "Give your mind to the Mind of
Gaia, fit your heartbeat to Her Heartbeat, for at the centre of
life, all is one, One Planet - One People - One Glorious Spirit."

The Valkyrie proved that ours was a genuine exit, by running a
fast circuit down the dim path of human history on two parallel
lines. It was an exceedingly fast circuit, for their is a point
where the future-past coincides, and two sets of time were
running on a crash circuit.  E.T. is our Spiritual Ancestors now
saving our souls.  We became one with the folks of the parallel
world with which our dimension is now coinciding. You can tell
what is right by the force of DLC emissions.

The entrance to the "time tunnel" was right beside the lake, in a
bed of reeds.  Sometimes on a cold starry night you could see the
entrance to the hollow earth, glowing, and bubbles of light
coming forth.  The further we went into the Valhalla time tunnel
the brighter the road seemed to get. Historical characters became
more alive as we went deeper into the biological mystery of men
and gods, described elsewhere in the "Red Queen Hypothesis." 

Man is en route from fission to fusion as a humane race, when
everyone wakes up.  Many shows these days deal with stories of
angels, who in a number of varieties and have extensive duties. 
Such were the Valkyrie Angels who lifted us up to heaven in
September 1973. Then, for an amazing decade, from 1973 - 1983,
angels opened our hearts for service in Heaven on Earth here-now,
In this way we joined the legions of the Lord of Light, and came
to operate on Its wavelength,  DLC, Direct Light Current. 

We helped wire a forward bridge into Genesis II, to bring Direct
Light Current into the cave of the "Cosmic Egg." Hindsight is the
only way to see in this dimension. We closed the gap between the
inner vision and the final manifestation of Genesis II.   

Fellow Cosmic Mariners, who sail the celestial seas: In all the
stories, of our "Adventures in Never-never land" there were never
tales like the tales we have to tell, as at the end of our latest
voyage, we exit from the illusion.  Now that so many Good Knights
have overcome their Dark Beasts we are safely home in Genesis II.

Interdimensional portals are opening up all around the world at
sacred sites. 

Other groups who were lifted up in this time frame, were also
being processed by the Angels for a specific entry role into The
Kingdom.  These groups later identified their "Star Ships" as
being from the Pleides, Arcturus, Sirius, Orion, Atlantis, and
from the Ashtar Command. The Sphinx does not wait in vain. 

Please understand that this story is about our time tunnel. It
does not pretend to be greater or lesser, than the story of
others. But the secret of interdimensional portals had to be
told.  It should be told by all of us who know the mystery of
sacred sites. 

During the decade 1973-1983 our group in Coe Hill, became
integrated with beings from a higher dimension. It was probably
happening all over the world. What they did to us was so far
beyond the wildest reaches of human imagination, that had we
tried to tell others about it we would have been considered
dangerously insane. 

Yet this same mystery story must be told, for it is written in
the "Hall of Riddles" of unsolved spiritual mysteries. The "Coe
Hill Mystery" deepened as we came into synchrony with THE
MOTHERBOARD which guides all the Star Ships. 
We could pick up Her messages on our short wave radio stations.
The Valkyrie had set us up with six first class radio operators
for mission support. The Officer in charge was a Viet Nam
Veteran, Radio Technician, Chester Moore of Sandy Springs, Md.,
USA.

We were told to present these messages to the public in printed
form, which we did.  Most of our members were atuned to inner
radio's, and had been practising this art for years. Inner radio
works once the noise to signal ratio changes. Try it!  Our next
instruction was to print "Boarding Passes" to Genesis II.   

Now is the time when finity dances with Infinity. The portals
between dimensions are opened. This is the wedding dance of 
Earth snd Heaven, the Yin-Yang Era manifest. The Valkyrie gave
fair warning of their intent, sent out on behalf of the United
Nations over the University of the Air, by Chancellor F. Richard
Schneider. 

On behalf of the United Nations of Earth and Heaven, the "Spirit
and the Bride" say come. Applied Magic is not something you talk
about, it is something you do. Words can only supply a glimpse in
the rear view mirror, which we hope to share with you.  

Getting here was not easy: Quite a challenge in fact. It took a
lot of overcoming, but human curiosity about what is beyond the
interdimensioanl veil did it.  Monkey-girl has to go to the end
of the god-thought. Monkey-man is enticed to discover what
destiny lies around the next corner. The Crook and The Flail,
play their part. 

Over the ages, the common man has danced to the music of the
Devil's Piper; pulling his load, harnessed to the evolution
machine, not daring to curse fate, until Earth's life energy is
spent. Then the penny drops and monkey gets the picture. The
invisible ruling Gods load inhibitors onto monkeys... to keep
them hopping and divided up into cults, warring amongst
themselves  till the job gets done.  During Earth's  formative
period, man is locked into the "Hell of Many Gods."   

The Valkyrie showed us how to break THE CURSE and come into the
age of reason.  There is no reason for the old, self destructive
world to exist, for no world can exist WITHOUT REASON. So let us
pay tribute to all the Planetary Lords and Elohim.  We have
consumed all the marvellous nutrient in the cosmic egg, we have
consumed the "Golden Apple of the Gods."  Its like the story of
the frog trapped in a sub human state stone until some Princess
(Princess Gaia) comes along and kisses the poor beast. This is
how we break out of the Cosmic Egg. 

It is very romantic, dear Virgin Earth Brides, for the Lord of
the Valkyrie says..."I Am the Spiritual Lord of the Galaxy, come
to explore you to the very last drop. Now I shall consume you
back into Myself, for I AM EARTH, and my bride is Gaia. We are
ONE YIN YANG UNIVERSE.  

All human, subhuman and superhuman beings in this Universe are
part of me and I am part of them. Yet I am greater than the sum
total of these parts. For I am also ME. You too have a "me" it is
the essence of all the very best that you can be.  It is the wine
in the body of the Elohim, the bread of life which savours of the
unity of all things, when in synchrony with the Unified Field
Force."

Apocalyptic prophecy is that legions of angels join forces to
work with men. This means welcome to the world of permanent DLC -
Direct Light Communication.  An incredible DL blast from Pere
Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, will put us in to orbit. De Chardin
trumpets his DLC over the fields of time. He welcomes us home
with...  

"The truth has to appear only once, in a single mind, for it to
be impossible for anything ever to prevent it from spreading
universally and setting everything ablaze."  Amen.

                   THE COSMIC CONSPIRACY

There are three alternative views of history.  The first of these
is the "accidental view" or the idea that historical events occur
by accident for now apparent reason. In this version the human
race is seen, rather like a flock of sheep, browsing its way
towards a casual and unknown destiny. 

In the second theory, some historical scholars suggest that
history is shaped by the wholly irrational acts of dominant
madmen, and this seemed to be the case when I was a teenager
serving in WWII. In this version the odd "Billy goat" comes along
to butt our global sphere into some world-changing situation. 

The third view is the conspirital view of history, as held by the
founding fathers of the United States of America. This view is
best expressed in the following quote from Abraham Lincoln...

"When we see a lot of framed timbers, different portions of which
we know have been gotten out at different times and places by
different workmen, and when we see these timbers joined together
and see that they exactly make the frame of a house or mill, all
the lengths and proportions of the different pieces exactly
adapted to their respective pieces, and not a piece too many or
too few, not omitting even scaffolding ; or if a single piece be
lacking, we can see the place in the frame exactly fitted and
prepared to yet bring such a piece in ; in such cases we find it
impossible not to believe that they all understood one another
from the beginning, and all worked on a common plan or draft
drawn up before the first lick was struck." 

This third alternative is the idea  that somewhere, sometime, a
"Playwright" operating in a higher plane of consciousness,
conspired to raise the human race to higher realms of
consciousness. We are left to wonder how and why did it all
begin? where is it going? how will it end? 

Alternative three was revealed to me on the evening of September
26th, 1973, during a UFO abduction from the Lester B. Pearson
Peace Park, on Highway #7, in Actinolite, Ontario, Canada. I was
taken down a "time tunnel" and popped through into some other
dimension which seems to interpenetrate our own. The Belleville 
"Intelligencer" printed headline stories about UFO sightings in
the area around this time.

I came to understand that there is a cosmic conspiracy underway,
and there always has been.  My captors took me back down the
"time tunnel" - (an effect similar to going into the burial
chambers in Luxor) and my mind was impressed with the "writing on
the wall" of human history. 

At the time of the abduction I was teaching metaphysics, but my
knowledge of physics was meagre. Later when I heard learned men
speak of "wormholes" between dimensions - all the pieces fit.
Once through the "wormhole" all history becomes transparent and
all the seemingly diverse pieces fit. It is possible to live in
two different time slots simultaneously and not have one life
impinge upon the other. I get the impression that there is a real
battle going on for this planet. 

It seems that all misspent life energy goes to feed a giant beast
which is part of our collective unconscious. Likewise life energy
spent in accordance with Cosmic Law feeds our higher collective
mind.   

According to Day One of Genesis One as written in the Hebrew
script, there were two worlds divided by a "sea."  After six
cosmic days, according to the foreshadowing of the plot, there
will be no more divisory "sea." This seems to indicate that the
beings above and below the Abyss will synchronize, (CC/7.7) to
form a new specie. 

The Avatars of the ages, although born into the flesh, have
indicated that were from a Kingdom which is not of this world.
This fits neatly into paranormal phenomena and our modern UFO 
flap.  Think about it.  We are aware of the "world of birds" and
know the most intimate details of their world. But they know
nothing of us.  What if man is in the same position, and a form
of higher intelligence "has our number" without us having more
than a brief glimpse of these observers. 

The "Playwright" and his production team are Eternal, and we are
told that we too have this potential, not in finite form but in
our basic life-essence. Once the inner eye has been opened, this
ongoing harmonic convergence of dimensions becomes more evident
with each passing day. Interdimensional vehicles occupy our
physical skies, and ancient records indicate this is nothing new.
For the biblical version of Genesis is only one viewpoint of the
cosmic conspiracy. The Hopi, Mayan, Aztec, Hindu and Egyptian
theses all seem to have versions of the same original script. 

Interdimensional activity was a common factor in ancient days.  
Pharonic "God-Men" retained their magical memory and powers and
left lasting records to this effect.  Modern physicists are
trying to regain these powers with limited success. Strange
experiments have been going on since the 1940's: One such, is the
famous story of the "Philadelphia Experiment." 

It looks as if the "Cosmic Egg" is hatching and more and more
people are exchanging fragmented awareness for full cosmic
consciousness. If we become as little children, and accept the
logic of a cosmic conspiracy we can expect a quick and happy
ending to the "Genesis One Act" and look forward to the grand
finale of the play, as revealed by St. John.

"And there shall be no more curse. He that overcometh shall
inherit all things. I will be his God and he shall be my son.."

At the climax of The Play, all divergent streams of knowledge
flow back into a single sea, in a great poleshift of opinion that
recognises all is one. With childish glee we recall how Professor
Stephen Hawking, the famous Cambridge mathematician, sometimes
called "The Master of the Universe"  admitted that it would be
METAPHYSICS not physics that would make the final breakthrough
into the new dimension.  

This is good thinking.  For close examination causes us to
abandon the ideas presented in alternatives one and two, and it
becomes obvious that the Playwright is also The Producer and the
Observer of Its Play, and physics is only one small element in
the grand cosmic scheme. We are entering a new phase of
evolutionary development. 

By the end of Genesis One, we have absorbed the mind nutrient in
our Cosmic Egg and many disciplines have reached the zenith of
their understanding.  At the end of the script it is fair to say
the Invisible Hand behind our global fabric, finally becomes
visible, and The Observer and the thing being observed are one.
Then, like children on the threshold of infinity, we are citizens
of Genesis II.       

Space Ships are doorways to other dimensions - once you have been through them
your paradigm of thought is changed forever. There is this incredible beautiful
and orderly entity - Gaia - and we are her living microparts. 
Time has run out for procrastination - we have to get on with serving the
Mother Goddess and saving her. The reason is simple - No ship, no life.

There is an intimate connection between metaphysics and UFO abductions - which
can all be seen as aspects of psychich phenomena. It is easy to see from the
net who is coming from the inside and who is still on the outside of the
phenomena - analysing a situation which defies intellectual analysis. 


"Heavens Gate" is the gate of awareness. In The Mothership
Gestalt all aspects of reality are correlated and connected. In
metaphysics we call the "Atlantis Rising" (see Chapter 6 of Universal Law).
This expereince began for me in September 1973.  The rising of the physical
mass begins with the rising of theevibration and this adds up to
"Magic."  Magic is all around us and freely available to give
form to the perfect world we now choose to inhabit.  

Dimensions intermingle when we see the universal pattern
happening all at once. Magic is the sum total of holistic
understanding which comes when we have passed the test of
overcoming human vanities.  It means going to the very end of
every human thought and closing off old circuits. 

Words are the building blocks that give weight or power to the
Mothership gestalt and 20/20 vision of reality and illusion. A
personal gestalt is unbalanced while one is avoiding the
awareness of unpleasant things, or situations. This is like a
child living on pablum, rather than accepting and eating "the
strong meat of God" as St. Paul calls it. 

This balance is to be achieved in the Hindu philosophy by living
by the principle "One to me is loss or gain, one to me is fame or
shame, one to me is pleasure-pain." For any unfinished Gestalten
is an interference circuit which consumes  nergy to negative
futility rather than positive magical productivity honed to a
specific intent.

The aware person lives in the present and is not unduly
influenced by past events, although they have assimilated every
drop of essence in that classroom. Anyone who has been sincere in
their endeavours,  will find that a path has already been cut and
there is a returning circuit leading to completion. 

By using hindsight to trace back along these pre cut paths ones
destiny can then be quickly triggered into manifestation once the
gatherer has sorted out the mind-wheat from the chaff. ,  polish
the I AM jewel to reflect, then to solidify your intention 

This is how we, the Children of Light,  can plan the steps on how
to build a Pi ray bridge between dimensions just as smoothly as
professional engineers might plan to build a bridge. This bridge 
building is the pride of the Atlanteans. The clearer the picture
of ones desire, worked out to the very last pixel, polished to
the very last brushtroke, the faster the magical manifestation
process will trigger the event in the dense reality and time
frame reference.

Our files are loaded with cases and evidence - Peter Gersten et al. isn't it
about time we got more aggressive.  I can prove that my abduction in 1973 cost
me a minimum of $5 mill. when the "MIB" moved in to close my schools in Europe,
Canada, UK and the USA.  Way back in 1987 JMP - justice for Military Personnel
sent out a "REQUEST FOR AN EXECUTIVE ORDER" to Pres. Reagan - I have copies but
probably most of you remember it. The request go nowhere but times are a
changing - what about a united assault on all fronts. In Canada for example we
might write:-

         An open letter to Prime Minister Jean Chretien

               JUSTICE FOR CIVILIAN ABDUCTEES

On September 4, l987, our sister organization JMP, Justice for
Military Personnel, sent a formal request to President Reagan to
make an Executive Order re investigation into the "UFO"
phenomena.  Reprinted copies were sent to congress and to the
press on December 4, l987.  Subsequently, "Justice for Military
Personnel", mailed over 6200 copies of their plea for justice to
members of the global media.  In JMP's request for an executive
order, they spoke of the detonation of a time bomb effect which
would occur, due to the ongoing unconscionable activites by the
NASA based organization codenamed "MAJIC" - "GABRIEL" et Al.

We, the Civilian Abductees, the victims of this official cover-
up, now join with JMP in voicing our grievances which are
directly due to a conspiracy of silence on the part of
governments. There is unlimited evidence of every possible type
in the files of the various global UFO Networks, MUFON for
example, which leave no shadow of doubt in the reasonable mind
that our stories are true. We are normal people, not crackpots or
human oddities. We request that the Canadian Government listen to
what we have been trying to say for forty years.  We seek Justice
for Civilian Abductees.

For forty years we have reported UFO sightings to the proper
authorities.  These might just have well been tossed into a
bottomless pit.  The ultimate response was often ridicule and
harassment.  We have lost our jobs, our homes, our life-savings,
our solid reputations, almost our sanity.  Many of our numbers
have had extended psychiatric problems, some have committed
suicide, some have borne monstrous offspring, others have had
mysterious death threats and have met with mysterious deaths.
Many have been sexually, physically and mentally abused by E.T.
Abductors.  Others have been abused by CSIS and RCMP
investigations, in the E.T - Officialdom squeeze.  

Whenever a new evolutionary concept is introduced into the field
of human consciousness, the reptillian brain rejects the input
and a considerable time elapses before the idea is accepted by
the general population. This is an historical standard procedure.

In the ensuing period there is a void or vacuum in judicial,
policing, and constitutional systems,  which is filled with every
possible type of wild speculation, lawlessness, entrepreneurship,
dark superstition and often criminal activity.  This, while the
first unfortunate victims are treated as oddities, smeared with a
social stigma, treated as legal non-entities.  
We are the United Civilian UFO Abductees, a branch of the GOLDEN
TRIANGLE UFO CLUB - (613)398-8368, now telling our story. In
Canada, the RCMP and CSIS said in l985 that it would take two
years to resolve this dilemma.  And that the matter was TOP
SECRET because it involved National Security.  We have waited
patiently, but not in vain.  For anyone with half an eye can see that the
so-called "Patriotic Militia" is fuelled by government coverups - and
influenced by UFO's.  

It is predicted that in the end times all things hidden shall be revealed.
An examination of our case is long overdue. We have been used like pawns in
some giant chess game, played between EBE's and governments.  The CSIS/RCMP
bound me to silence by national loyalty, while at the same time I was harassed
and intimidated by the "Men in Black". Many others can tell the same story.
This has gone on for 22 years without any let up. 

We had no recourse to protection under the Canadian Constitution. 
What has happened to us is not written in the book. We watched
the systematic dismantling of our social infrastructure by alien
beings.  We have good reason to believe that ET is in the process
of taking over our planet and its time the matter was brought out
into the open. 

By a careful cross correlation,  the various UFO Clubs around the
world have pieced together a cognitively consistent picture of
what is happening.  There are both benevolent and malevolent
types of ET, the one kind seeking to establish equity among the
whole earth population, and to help advance our hi-technology by
light-years of understanding.  The others, as can be proven, take
over human minds to execute foul acts and to express their will
of domination of this planetary system. 

Our experience shows that thousands of human minds are being
directed and dominated by beings from an alien inertia system.
Each "contactee/abductee" is set on a critical path to complete a
specific mission in the overall scheme of the ET. It is as if
they are held hostage, as I was, by these beings, and there is no
escape without a constitutional investigation.  The "Men in
Black" or  "Zeta Reticuli" promote both fear and a highly
dangerous type of megalomania in their victims.  Reams of
evidence support these contentions.  The phenomena is entirely
consistent with known quantum physics, and scientifically
explainable.   

The governing body of the United Nations and global  media is
well aware of the facts yet has failed to speak.  The Power of
MAJIC dominates the intelligence and technological communities as
the hi-tec involved is far ahead of anything known to humanity. 
Historical records indicate that "Space Ships" have been around
as long as man.  They are described in ancient scriptures of many 
cultures, including the Bible and the Ramayana, one of the great
epics of India.  Acceptance of the scientific possibility of
intelligent life on other planets or planes of existence requires
intellectual and emotional adjustments to expand the concept of
our own human potential and a reaching out to the Universal
Community, or Unified Field Force as it is called by physicists. 

ET has conveyed to us the concept, that by openly accepting their
reality, the current fragmented territorial, ideological and
social fabric of our planetary system could be superseded by a
united global identity.  This would act to eliminate the threat
of ecological disaster, sectarian warfare, and social inequality. 

For this reason JCA, Justice for Civilian Abductees, joins JMP,
Justice for Military Personnel in requesting an immediate open
enquiry into the ariel phenomena of the UFO and ET.

The human mind is incredibly efficient when left alone to do its
thing. But while it is chained in the dungeon of "The House of
Bondage", rational thought is not permitted. Plato called this
place "The Cave."

There is a dichotomy, a deep abyss between Man and His God. By
closing this gap we can heal the whole earth as part of an
automatic revival circuit. Too many people of authority say "You
just have to believe in a saviour." Without further effort on
your part, this will take care of you. This palliative "Rockaby
baby on the tree top" scenario, doesn't work in real life. 
 
It is time for a reality check. Guilt, has, up until now, been a
spectre at the core of Christianity. It has kept the common
people in line, and held them impotent. It is made to seem quite
logical to be into arms manufacture or barbaric war games, all
week, then go to church on Sunday and think "I am a Christian."  
 
This leaves the field wide open for Anti-Christ, or the "Forces
of Darkness" in multiple forms, to ravish our whole planetary
system. What is more, retaliatory arms escalation has been done
primarily by the so-called "First World."  Anti-Christic
Clerics, and their cohorts ignore the True Teachings of an
Absolutely Non-Retaliatory Saviour, who knew what horror tort-
retort would bring, and said "Turn the other cheek; give all your
worldly goods to feed the poor; if a man takes away your coat
give him your cloak to go with it."

Redemption and retaliation are poles apart, the peak and the
trough of life energy expenditure. 35,000 children die daily from
malnutrition,  while gluttonous Anti-Christic Clerics turn a
blind eye. This is not a recent phenomena, it is the same
"Spiritual wickedness in high places" which has turned thinking
people against formal religion across history. Inner knowingness 
has triumphed over rhetoric, and The Law of Love has been put
into our minds and hearts. 

Across the centuries, this diabolical empire has served its own
cause, by upholding itself up as being good, and worthy to
dominate. On the other side of the coin we might say the Anti-
Christ's clerical penis has been regularly engorged with
torturing Templar's and witch burning. "Better than thou" is the
basis for retaliation between all the various cults over whose
god is the most mighty, when, the One God is Love. The Living
Redeemer inside each one of us will confirm that "All have
fallen. There is none "Holy" save The One."  

Across the ages, the Priesthood have led the people astray by
promoting images, which narrow man's divine perspective, when it
is clearly stated "Thou shalt not make unto thyself any graven
image, to encourage worship of form." For light-mana is a
luminous mist that penetrates all life, not more to one specie
than to another. It comes from the Central Sun of Consciousness,
which sheds inner Light to those with open hearts.  

Social strife increases as the people wake up to the horror of
what has been done - and is still being done, in the name of
"God." Opportunists from paganism have made the Church a
profitable social structure, which in no way resembles the
Teachings of its Mentor.  One can hardly envision Christ looking
as sleek and as plump as is portrayed in the common gluttonous
image of our Western Christian Leadership. 

While in contrast, anyone with eyes can see Christ peeking out
from the eyes of terrified kids in Rwanda. This is where we may
expect to find the PRINCE OF PEACE with His Army of United
Nations Servers.  The mists of time are clearing away...and we
recall "I was hungry and you fed me. I was hurt and you helped
me. This is my body which is broken for your education; broken to
help you grow from barbarism and bring you safely into the
Messianic Age of love of fellow man."  

We are One Planet - One People - One Spirit and One Earth
Nation - CHRIST IS THE SPIRIT OF RECONCILIATION - born within
each of us in the fulfilment of time.  Coming together as One
Spirit is where we close the gap between word and deed. So that
all religions can fulfil their destiny and love one another and
to create a pool of tranquillity for spiritual restoration. "Be
still, and know that I Am God." (3.12)  

Love triumphs over the dark destructive "Beast of Retaliation."
The me-first-ape-man-top-dog was created in defiance of Love to
build a civilization in the lower realms of matter. God is Love
and Love is the Supra Ordinate Universal Factor. This is where
the Ape Rebellion expires, and a new God emerges...HUNEMAN. This
most beautiful creature is the Mountaintop of all that is good in
Man.  Here ends the Luciferin Era. 

With Love and true goodwill towards our fellow man we can be so
beautiful - SO BEAUTIFUL!  Religious words are like vapour and
have no substance, like the sounding brass and tinkling cymbals.
Even giving your body to be burned, or dying in holy war, or
blowing yourself up in the cause of retaliation is futile without
love. For love is the primal substance and there is no other
intelligence. 

The Spirit of Heaven and the Earth Bride say "Come. And all them
that heareth say, come..." Now is the time for all Messianic Men
to come to the aid of the OUR GALACTIC LADY, GAIA! and nurture
all who sail aboard our Star Ship Earth. The tenants of the NEW
WORLD ORDER, are laid in the Archives of United Nations,
beginning with the Human Rights document which promises equity to
all inhabitants of Earth. This is a logical First Victory for
Reconciliation.   

"Dance for me on the head of a pin" Says the Lord of Light. GOOD
NEWS! The Celestial System works! Join us and you will see how
THE PRINCE OF PEACE has broken the curse. For He is now Sole 
Master of both White and Black Magic. Osiris is a Black God. 
 
Black Magic is something that should be understood by all
Citizens of Genesis II.  Genesis I was delivered as a black light
refraction, or negative film strip by the Principle of Lucifer.
During His reign, Earth was a Luciferin Planet, a Star Ship under
construction, so to speak. In Genesis II we delight in seeing how
various diabolical conspiracies were set like ticking time bombs,
in the avenues of time.  These were to be detonated, and due to
crumple the future, in a series of timed blastings down in the
time tunnel. The most Masterful work of Atlantean Engineering I
have ever witnessed.    

While under Divine Development, each phase in the construction
program is preceded by a foreshadowing, to be set in the minds of
the faithful who are following the path being cut to heaven
through the collective unconscious. Heaven and its EBE's are
pretty hi-tec. 3.3 specifications. The sinking of the Titanic is
a good example of their event foreshadowing, almost as if they
did it tongue in cheek.  
 
There have been galactic collaborators between man and the Star
Ships from Day One.  Men call them Gods. They come to herd their
flocks, and finally and sort out those capable, and those
incapable of evolution. There have been Magicians, like King
Solomon who knew these secrets all along. They await the rightful
claimant to the Spear of Destiny. 

Are you a part of this theme?  Are you one of The Chosen when you
really think about it?  An ILLUMINATED ONE. Earth has never been
left without a small group of Illuminati who are entrusted with
the Planetary Salvation and the presentation of a SINGLE SOLUTION

wisest man that ever lived. The Ancient Wise Men saw how it was
necessary to keep the whole population in bondage, a way to keep
the whole human family moving around the chess board of life like
silk worms weaving a luminous city, the planetary aura, earth's
real substance.  For this EBE had to churn up the biological
waters to get us to the church on time.
