   I think you misunderstood.   Please announce freely to every artist, musician, performer, craftsman, engineer, poet, writer, programmer, etc. within reach that we are taking applications for associates/partners/contributors.   J&K Segal Graphics Inc. will take 15% of Net on all proceeds where a project is given over to this person and his/her partners without our creative input, acting as "agent."   In cases of our publishing complete works, we will take 65% of Net towards costs and incentives/promotion and give a record 35% of Net (usual fee is 10%) to the author/artist/etc.   In cases where we act as principle designers and retain others for additional and assistive work, we will take 75% of Net and give 25% to the contributor.
 
   All these rates are 50-100% or more of the return they may expect elsewhere.
 
   We have matching funds for charitable contributions.
