Dear Citizens, Patriots, Veterans, et al.:

    Below is a list of the 120 major cities in the U.S. that the federal 
government anticipates will be hit by NBC - Nuclear, Biological, Chemical 
warfare and weapons of mass destruction as to be perpetrated by international 
and "domestic" terrorists within the next 12 to 24 months.  However, Clinton 
has been trying to provoke an international terrorist attack upon the United 
States by attacking and warring against numerous middle eastern nations.   
But, so far these countries have not nibbled at the bait.  Clinton even went 
so far as to rain Tomahawk-Cruise missiles upon Iraq, Sudan, Pakistan, and 
numerous other nations and most recently, Kosovo, Serbia, and Yugoslavia.  
But still Clinton can't provoke them into attacking the U.S. directly.

     Why does Clinton want these countries to send their international 
terrorists to attack the U.S.?  Because if they do then Clinton will be able 
to legitimately enact the Emergency War Powers ACT and invoke martial law and 
suspend Our U.S. Constitution and begin ruling us in earnest as a full 
fledged EMPEROR.

   Well, if Clinton can't get these supposed international terrorists to 
attack us then what will he do?  Simple, he will try to provoke more domestic 
"terrorists" to attack.  But who are these domestic terrorists?  None other 
than you and me.  Anyone who, in the words of Janet Reno, FEMA, and the 
federal alphabet soups agencies (FBI, CIA, BATF, FEMA, NSA, EPA, and a host 
of others, opposes the government in any way, such as:  Fundamental or Born 
Again Christians, pro-family, pro-life, anti-abortion, anti-homosexual, 
Constitutionalists, Patriots, Civilian Militias, 2nd Amendment Advocates, gun 
owners, home schoolers, conservatives, anti-big government advocates, 
anti-socialists, Bible readers, essentially, anyone whom the government does 
not like.

   Well, all these civilians, Citizens, Patriots, Constitionalists,militia, 
and others will NOT attack our own United States and other citizens.  So, 
Clinton will have his alphabet, goon, jack-booted thugs do it and then blame 
us for it so he can go ahead and claim that we "domestic terrorists" did it.

     Clinton has his plan all worked out.  He will have his military jets 
spray the lethal dosages of bioligical and chemical agents all over the 
cities.  They have already been practicing with the criss-cross  pattern 
spraying of the JP-8 jet fuels containing deadly chemicals like MTBE and 
ethylene dibromide that has already caused 1000s to get sick with a flu-like 
disease and 100s of infants and older people to die.

     A year and a half ago I learned of FEMA's and a consortium of other 
federal agencies conducting a year long program to "Train the Trainers."  
This was a program to train the upper echelon to train their own personnel to 
prepare to defend against NBC attacks.  Only trouble is that only a very few 
people would be trained and the public was NOT invited.  Why?

   Well, for several reasons.  With over 265 million people in the United 
States Clinton figured that the government would not have the manpower nor 
the equipment and supplies to treat everybody. . . or that is the reason that 
was given.  The real reason is that it is part of the New World Order plan to 
eliminate (kill, murder, assassinate) as many people as possible to leave 
more natural resources for the elite and rich rulers who will hide, be 
vacinated and be saved from the NBC attacks.  That is why under Weather 
Mountain and Iron Mountain there are subterranean caverns carved out of the 
solid rock beneath the mountains to hold 15,000 people (privileged 
politicians) in total isolation for a total of 4 years minimum with all the 
food, supplies, equipment NBC filters, water, etc.

   That is why Clinton has been "giving" our U.S. lands to the United Nations 
through the American Rivers Heritage Act and the Biosphere Habitats Act to be 
under their control and direction.  That is why the national parks are being 
closed to the public and the public being pushed out of all the wilderness 
areas . . . to herd us into the crowded urbans areas where we can be 
contained, watched, monitored, apprehended, and sprayed with NBC to eliminate 
us.

    Well, it turns out that there are some safe areas that will not be hit 
with NBC and will be far enough away and protected from the winds by numerous 
mountain ranges and valleys so that collateral destruction and wind borne 
agents can't reach them.

   In essence you can predict that if you were to draw a circle with a 100 
mile radius around each of the 120 attacked cities you would be totally safe 
if your were outside that circle.

   I have listed the 120 major cities that Clinton plans to attack and you 
can take it from there.  Also, there is some information about some Patriot 
groups that are starting to build safe, secure sanctuary retreats and one is 
listed below.  As a matter of fact, around this particular safe area magnate 
Ted Turner has been buying up 1000s of acres of land to hide out himself.

   I have a list of other areas where Patriots are planning to or have 
already started their safe and hidden retreats all with their Y2K and 
anti-New World Order survival supplies and equipment.  Some of these groups 
and sites will cautiously invite a minimal restricted number of Patriot 
families to share in the protection of these communities if they help with 
labor and/or finances to build them up.

   Just how many people does the federal government and FEMA on behalf of the 
United Nations and the New World Order plan on exterminating.  Well, the 
numbers range over a period of time but the early estimates are that before 
they actually spray the NBC agents that those Patriots picked up on the RED 
lists and BLUE lists wil number up to 20 million people.

     Then into the Year 2000 using the NBC agents the elite and rich rulers 
plan on eliminating up to 25% of the world's population.  With in five years 
more they expect the population to be reduced by 50%.  Some extreme estimates 
for within the next 40 years are from 75% up to 90% to 95%.

   Keep in mind that all of this won't happen all at once because they can't 
destroy too much of the infrastructure nor too many people because they need 
people to provide all the slave labor with which to work and feed the elite 
classes and to provide them with their luxuries and lustful wants.  This is 
where the GREEN lists come into play to provide prison slave labor in the 
"Relocation Centers" which I have affectionately coined the phrase:  
Clinton's Civilian Concentration Camps.

   But it is safe to say that within 12 to 24 months there will be mass 
exterminations in the U.S. and millions will be eliminated by Gestapo-like 
jack-booted shock troops, mostly United Nations foreign hostile military 
troops conntrolled by FEMA here in the United States.

    To be forewarned is to be forearmed.  This is definitely your last chance 
to prepare for the worst and for what the New World Order bosses and elites 
have planned for us.

is too much to tell in one e-mail and I would invite those Patriots 
interested to contact me and make early plans to stock up on necessities, 
learn how to make your needed supplies by hand and the old fashioned way, and 
to locate the Patriot sanctuary and retreat nearest you.  Of course that does 
not mean that the shock troops will not try to come in later and wipe us out 
but we have to start some where.

    Does all of this sound too fantastic to be true?   Well, that is what the 
NWO elites hope you will think but that is their documented plans and they 
have already started putting their plans into practice.

This attached list will surprise some, but the many people
that I worked with in the past informed me of a different
pattern.

Since (we will not mention here) American Agencies were
supplying and aiding the means for Islamic terrorism
behind the scene, it was concluded in the last days that
50% or more of the world population would succumb to
biological and chemical agents.

I was told over ten years past that all Capitols of every State
in the U.S. were most probable targets, unless the backbone
or communication center for the state was in another city.
An example would be Springfield Illinois, which would not be
the target of the State as is Chicago.

I was also told that chemical and not biological agents would
be used, as containment is more practical.  Certain chemical
agents mimic biological, and are totally untreatable.  Ricin
would be a good example.

When containment is lost small nuclear 10k ton or less devices
are used to regain containment.  The considerable heat greater
than the sun for a brief moment will incinerate all chemical
residue.

Are you safe where you live, and will the world find peace
before it is too late?  President Clinton read Dr. Horowitz's
book on this subject and inquired during a Cabinet meeting
whether the book was accurate.  One of the Intelligent
Advisors stated the whole book was accurate, and the
information should be TOP SECRET.  Clinton replied that
all the sources for the book including Dr. Horowitz's
positions were not classified.

The Intelligent Advisor stated the U.S. was not even 5% prepared.
As you can see a few years have elapsed and nothing had been
done for us the John Q. Public.

My partner and myself have acquired 640 acres in New Mexico
for just this reason, and it is listed in a survivable area.
Whether anything happens or not is non-sequential, as the property
is in the mountains with some of the most beautiful scenery in
the U.S.  The hunting, fishing, farming, make the property
usable and valuable.  It rains every day for a short time in
the summer, and it is green and alive.
