You will need to use a scalar receiver. I believe that the Greys and other 
ETs use scalar transmission of information. Scalar means, based on my 
understanding of the technology, that the electric and magnetic fields are 
cancelled out. Although there is still energy stored in the 'ether', 
conventional means of detection (such as the flawed CSETI investigation), 
will fail to detect any anomalous signals.

To understand how the Greys communicate, you need to study the works of 
Tesla, and also research ultrasonic dolphin communication!
