-They do!  Just look at the history of all these "Timely" anti-gun
shoot-em' up's and they have as their common feature that they do just
that!  Notably, any kind of brain damage, especially the initial trauma,
makes it hard for interrogators even with special means.
   Simply put, while under, they're given a strong euphoric, and that last
act is associated with the intense pleasure, and some deep conviction, like
"Saving the world," or something.  My own I will try to explain as follows.)
        What are your thoughts on the subject? (My own thinking is that
such kind of assassination program can only run so many decades before
historians begin to figure things out - At which point, the program peters
out and changes form (Ferguson) and filled with planted details that
implicate their archenemy, the CIA. And of course, by association, all past
such incidents. Then, the newly created Police State overreaction is game
for some "CIA Conspiracy," theme that pits the People against the Agency.
     (Doesn't this sound just like the JFK shooting?)
        Last comment... It's too messy and unpredictable to rely upon the
responding Police to do the favor - Just look at the records, and the
Sleepers' most usual common feature of shooting their heads off.

well responded to my claims long ago, but instead I get nothing but
surveillance and "Mental Health" crap. No one coming along and openly

        - Precisely.  That is the exact point of MY orders. To the enemy,
it looks like a "CIA f***-up," but such is the supreme craft of the man I
worked for.  "Give them (The Other Side) what they would want to see."
        But the end result is that the TRUTH comes out.  It's planned that
way, as you say. I told you that I was a red herring, a RED FLAG operation.
A test on our system. They had from at least 1978 to try and ferret out
of me, as one of those "Sleepers," what my secrets, my missions were.  A
legend was created for me that was quite complete:  You name it, and I was
made the Bad Guy. Little did they know that my secrets were not criminal
ones, but legitimate National Defense ones I would not give up even under
torture nor shrink interrogation. The authorities provided an unknowing
service of an all-encompassing protection of me by investigating me to Hell
and High Water.  But now that the main secret has expired and "Topaz" has
sentenced, now that I'm telling the rest of story with details,  it should
be like finding the "M&M's" left for E.T. to follow - As easy as digging
Beetlejuice out of his cardboard grave.
      The question was asked decades ago: The wave of Sleepers were coming,
there's no way to find who they are without committing to become a Police
State - Just what they want - How to combat them?
      Answer:  Preempt them at just the right point.  Let them expend
 all their resources doing something they think works, and then  before
their planned-upon Coup De Grace, upstage them.
     "Rick, I will make of you a Fisher of Men," he told me.  Many of my
imbedded commands are (mnemonically associated with and) hidden in a very
common document,  The Bible.  I can always, (after a decade or so :) ) pull
it out and refresh my memory.
        My job is to lead the investigators to my own programmers, because
my own programmer's goal is to prove not only that it can  be done - But
that it is BEING DONE IN AMERICA! (By the Other Side.)
        There ARE CIA SLEEPERS - But as one, I prove that we're programmed
for the good of the country, not the detriment, as the  other false claimers
would have.  As an employee of the government, my mentors WOULD NOT do any
thing other than that set out by law, policy and directive.
         I'll tell you bluntly:  I was recruited by the man who I later came
to understand to be none other than CIA Covert Ops. Director, George Bush.
I knew from the beginning that the operation was a loyal one, and as I saw
him becoming President, many things really started to make sense.  Like when
he'd told me that he'd been asked about considering such a political move,
(And ordered me to remember it) but that he would only serve one term.
(Yes, I know what I'm implying.  But orders are orders.)
        Plain, simple hypnosis.  Refined with Pavlonian techniques, "Manchu-
rian  Candidate" methods, modern drugs of euphoria and memory retention.
        The Red Sleepers' intent is the elimination of the US Constitution
and the Office of President, and to create a Police State in a climate of
fear and chaos. The Soviet Army calls it this pre-military stage of war
"Softening the enemy."
        My own mission is to awaken the American People to this. (But not to
blow my or anyone else's head off, by the way.)  My political agenda was a
neutral one; that of protesting tyranny and taxation, defending the Constit-
ution, attacking corruption and anonymously reporting crimes.
     My own "Final Act of Glorified Self Destruction" I commit now by making
this public, don't you know?
        My orders.  I can remember standing there, in uniform, in the Duess-
eldorf Consulate, being given a shot in my left elbow, and then being told
how noble this would be, to say that I was associated with him, and how.
