        I was wondering if you had any thoughts on the Colin Ferguson
trial, and his self-aborted attempt to introduce a witness who was to
have testified that Ferguson had been fitted with an implant by the CIA.
        As I recall from some time ago on CIS, you had some acquaintance
with theories on "sleepers" and their control. Any thoughts on this one?

        Yes, I naturally have. Unfortunately, they are not clear and concise
ones. I say that because, as paranoid as it sounds, I believe that this person
IS a Sleeper, but anything I, or a person like myself could or would say
at this point is pretty much predestinated to sound just that: Stupid or
paranoid.  Yes, some things can be flow-charted that far in advance...
Such is the work of some artists in CIA or other foreign agency employ -
That business of "Show case material," choreography, that sort of thing.
        The fact that we have been flooded with these Sleepers, with most
of them weighted on the Democratic Party side (Seen by the Other Side as the
"People's Party") seems to be a very well kept secret by everybody involved.
        In other words, my words can be shut up.  I doubt anyone will believe
me. But I answer you anyway since you have asked sincerely.
        Frankly, hearing what I have of this man, I am sure he is a Sleeper.
He is doing all the right things to engage and exploit Freedoms and Constitut-
ion Rights; such as to embarrass them; and set them up for future denial
to the average American accused.  The point is to create a Police State-type
overreaction. Making a show case and precedent for future overage by (Police
State) Judicial Powers, making Commissar Judges out of Shrinks, embarrassing
an Agency of the US, etc.
        He is, without a doubt, obeying subliminal compulsions to DO THIS,
and DO THAT, at expectable steps in the legal process.  He seems to wholly
believe in what he is doing; even if he doesn't tell it all; nor explain it;
nor expect anyone to believe him, anyway - His goal is his doing what he's
doing. I'll tell you directly that he is much more progressed than I; I did
much the same things to intrigue and engage local courts, for differing reasons
(I hope), but on no national level.  Plus, I didn't shoot nor harm anyone.
(Of course, the question as to whether he did or not is still lacking a jury
trial and conviction.  But will he even get one, due to his behavior?)
        If I am right, then I bet there are moments during the trial where
he stares off into space for a moment or two, or even longer periods.  These
are literally moments of going into trance after being keyed by a random stimuli
or one tied to his current, "Workplace" environment.  A word, a phrase, an object,
an idea - A mnemonic to play back an instruction, that then compulsively obeyed.
        As an example, I was keyed to act "Nuts," for the purpose of keeping
anyone from getting at some National Defense Secrets entrusted to me.  It
worked, believe me!  Specifically, I was told that "Good spies are by nature
schizophrenic - leading two lives."  "I prefer a paranoid spy to a dead
spy, Rick." "The mind is like an ocean split into two sides...  Keep the
waters muddy, Rick..."
        Mind you, I was ordered to at a certain date to stop repressing, and
begin remembering, compiling and writing down all that I'd been told. I was
ordered to remember detail, where everyone stood, etc., etc.,  He
very well might have been ordered the opposite, like Sirhan Sirhan, and
ordered to forget every detail of the programming session(s) and the
programmers.  So, he's telling the "Truth" to the best of his knowledge.
        (Or?  Will he remember a false scene - "CIA men" all about...)
        My guess is that during his hypnotic programming, he was ordered
to envision that scene he speaks about: Someone else taking his pistol and
shooting up the carload of passengers. And each time he's asked about it, he
is telling the "Truth," as he knows it, probably with detail, to reconstruct
what he "Saw," or sees, in his "Mind's eye."
        My guess is that this instruction was preceded by an injection of
a euphoric-type drug - All the more intensely pleasurable the recall will be;
all the more animated and eager to explain it, and he would seem, in response
to being asked about it.
        I note that he "Fell asleep" as the event happen?!  Or did he do what
"Sleepers" do, and that is to go into trance during his actions?  Yet, such is
two separate worlds, or can be:  The conscious and subconscious.
        I also hazard a guess that half of all F's output is baked-up "nut case"
believe 'em or not type disinformation or distraction type material planted
in his head just to make him seem mentally ill - Whether he is, or isn't.
        As for him doing what he did (if he did it) then my guess would be
that a separate stimuli/mnemonic/compulsion subroutine was used to have him
do what he did, when, and where.  But that subroutine is separately programmed,
perhaps at even a different location, and may be very repressed or hidden in
his subconscious, or "Forgotten."
        He is the real thing; I am the Red Herring.  A "Red Flag" kind of
test of foreign techniques to test our own authorities. I hope it's over soon.
        As for the "implant" idea, I find it especially intriguing, obviously,
because of what I was told in 1977 (My initial programming, if you will "Humor"
me -Yes, it CAN LAST 20 YEARS) about such theme.  I was told about what was
supposedly known about Soviet plans for future Sleeper creation at that time:
Meaning to say that one method would be along the lines of a "Alien Abduction"
type kidnap/drug/hypnosis/programming type scheme.  That it was especially
frightful in the light of other known plans of theirs; the socialization of
medical care - Combined with the "Waves of spies" infiltrating every nook and
cranny.  In other words, a visit to your Health Control Dentist (who could get
your psychological profile from fellow spies in the government) might turn you
into one of their Sleepers.
        "Special effects," susceptible people, the right psychological profile,
as determined by the wrong people in the right place in our investigative
agencies, that sort of thing.  In other words, that our own FBI, etc., would
have been by that point, infiltrated, could well be expected.
        Well, not to hard to do, if you've converted you entire country's GNP
to the expense of such army of spies, as the USSR did.  (The FBI publicly
acknowledges 35,000 known Soviet spies in the US, alone.  Each typically controls
ten agents...  That's about 7000 per State.  Just which ones of them in your
State have run for office, or become a Judge, or Doctor, or...?)
        If you've ever been through Disneyland, or some such, you can imagine
the ease to create an total environment to make a "Believer" out of someone.
(Are you speaking to an Alien?  Yes, because YOU were chosen from above to SAVE
YOUR PLANET because of YOUR specially deeply held convictions about the ENVIRON-
MENT...  How could they have known, if they can't "Read minds?"  Lots of lights,
and smoke, and special effects...  But you can't tell anyone...)
        (What?  Our own FBI be infiltrated? Hell, I can point out that even our
local prison guards have just been convicted for letting professional burglars
out to steal for them.  Such is the exploitation of known sociological trends
that follow a war lost, moral decay, and long-term drug importation.  People
expect as a norm to see corruption everywhere, any longer.)
        Let me return to the point of the nasal implant.  Why have that?
Well, it could be a "Bug," a means of transmission of all speech to determine
the loyalty of the new-found "Sleeper."  It could also be a means to track the
individual, as if to wrong borders or other locations...  Today's technology
calls for low-powered transmissions picked up by satellites...  Hell, I was
told I'd blow up in place if I went to the wrong side of a border ANYWHERE in
the world...  And just why did I pick up this unusual thirty pounds of stuff
in my gut and under my chin that never goes away, during my "Tongue surgery?"
        Answer that!  (Fact or fiction, it has a REAL effect upon the subject's
mentality, obviously.  Subliminally fixed "Set points" of weight, etc.)
        I especially find it interesting in the light of Boris Yeltsin's
recent "Nasal surgery!"  YES!  (Looking for something?)
        I find it interesting as a singular theme, if anything, because I,
myself, had a somewhat unnecessary nasal septum surgery a while after having
had a somewhat unnecessary partial hemiglossectomy, a third of my tongue
removed.  Yes, the message, "Don't talk."  It also makes my speech unreliable
to speech stress analysis, a second to lie detector tests. It was notably done
by a former US Army Surgeon.  Long Story.  But I still don't breathe well
through my nose... (Think I've got an implant? :) )
        But... A whole theme in itself, fit to use for propaganda or counter-
purposes...  I note so many of our "Alien abductees" have reported such "nasal
implants."  Doesn't it just fit the Fear and Chaos creation theme so common to
Sleeper work?  Who wouldn't start to fear their own last visit to their dentist
or EENT specialist?  And well they should, what with how they are hardly any
longer those of our own choices, but those chosen for us by... THE GOVERNMENT...
(And whoever's infiltrated it.)
        And by none other than Clinton's new "Health Control" system...
        As to whether this implant could "Control" his thinking or not, I might
suggest that it could also be some sort of bone-conductive speaker receiver;
allowing code phrases and especially programmed mnemonics to be input to his
hearing without anyone else knowing.  A simple phrase, a certain song, or
repeated sentence can easily become the opening door to a whole mnemonic room
of programmed action. (And you'll love this!  If he tells his doctor about it,
then he gets busted as "Hearing things," one of the APA's criteria for "Schizo-
phrenia" - JUST THE THING ANY COMMIE SHRINK NEEDS TO BRING 'EM IN TO HIM...)
        Just as a well-laid out novel, such mnemonics can be very complex and
dependent upon the laying-on of certain levels of understanding or outside
events.  No Presidential trip to Dallas?  No bringing the rifle to work at the
Texas Book Depository that day, for example.  No set-up for an attack upon The
Right To Keep And Bear Arms just prior to a anti-gun mail order Bill being
submitted by CERTAIN legislators, etc., until the time is right.  (I personally
believe Walter Concrite delivered whatever necessary key phrases over TV.)
        Or, of course, the mere fact that Ferguson believes that the implant
is there could be a heavy-duty reinforcement to memory to remember what's he's
been told (during hypnosis/drug sessions.)  That's it's imaginary is also a very
powerful tool: Will US authorities cut him open and make precedence of violation
of his Constitutional Rights to see if there's one or not?  A good Liberal Press
attack strategy layout... More propaganda to attack our legitimate investigative
agencies with...  The people who could do something about the problem...
        In other words, each and every sneeze, say, is a reinforcement to
REMEMBER.  Myself, it was an unnecessary hernia surgery in Mons, Belgium.  For
years, each "twitch" was a reminder to do my own duty.  KEEP THE SECRET.  I was
told that it was sown up too tight...  And that there was a booby-trapped micro-
film-impregnated radiation-proof strip connected to the tendons involved that
could only be safely removed with a custom tool I was shown... Yes!!!! "Right
next to my femoral artery..." TO NOT PULL TOO HARD ON IT... To CLENCH to protect
it... AND THE SECRET... Such clenching came to bend my frame and posture...
- To whatever means necessary...  You BELIEVE THESE THINGS YOU'RE TOLD, WHILE
UNDER.
        Frankly, the use of that "Nasal implant" theme is probably fictitious, but
a grand mystery-maker for the Press and the minds of the American People.  Sooner
or later, some other Sleeper will come up with some mysterious thing in his nose,
and it will be stamped "Made by the CIA" on it, somewhere, looking very "Real."
It is just an attempt, I am sure, to create a chasm between the CIA (The Sleeper's
prime enemy) and the American people.
        My own body/mind/connection/negative association was to feel the glitch
in my groin and to remember not to even think these Heavy Duty National Defense
Secrets. With Ferguson, I believe he is at some point where he's trying to tell
HIS truth about some such Pavlonian behavioral control mind/body association,
but when he tells it, it sounds so wild that no one will believe him, Shrinks
included.  And, of course, there is no greater humiliation that can be heaped
upon a man than that of having been adjudged "Mentally Ill."  No matter how
hard even professionals (Or, as they recruit your family members, etc.) might
try to hide it, that they are humoring you along your "line of delusion" is not
only obvious, but very, very, emotionally trying.  It destroys the very fabric
of the family and social net:  Trust is gone.
        I note that such is the typical lifestyle in Russia, and I surmise that
such is the goal to make us like them.
        (Ironically, since one's been stripped of everything, to include one's
dignity, there becomes nothing left in the world but commitment to the mission.)
        It is a grand irony to go so many years hiding and deeply repressing
such things for the benefit of something you believe deeply in, so afraid one
little thing let out will spill the beans - And then when you try to broadcast
the whole truth - As you were ORDERED TO - They ridicule you, instead.
        I know the feeling...  Ferguson is probably in that same boat, and try
as he might to present a credible case, they basically are all laughing at him.
So he'll work all the harder at it.
        Will he have such deeply held conviction about something?  Yes, whatever
it is, it will have been associated with his cooperation in the programming.
        His result will end up being a laugh on our system, our administration,
our investigative agencies, and of course, the blade for more Seppuku-cutting for
our infiltrated Liberal Press and more meat for our new Mind Controlling Shrink
Authorities.  The end desired result of this army of Sleepers is the creation
of a Police State in America.  Then, we're only a step away from Worldwide
Socialism controlled by that one master of such Pavlonian techniques (Don't forget
where the Pavlonian Institute is -  Outside of Moscow), none other than the
man who would be Dictator of the world, KGB Chief Vladamir Kryuchkov.
        The man who started the whole Sleeper Program, and who had JFK shot by
none other than that CIA Agent-turned Soviet Sleeper, Oswald.
        (Mind you, I take advantage of your inquiry to broadcast my own message. Just
as I was ordered to do in the sessions in 1977...)
        I hope this will be of some positive use.
        Of course, I am only second-guessing the poor man's story from limited
press reports I've chanced to read.
